Been here a few times, they are pretty good here. The only reoccurring problem is getting tons of bubbles, and once my nail shape was messed up. But it’s okay now :)

A client treated me to services here and I have to say I was not happy with the pedicure that I received. It seemed to me that when I did not agree to the more expensive services that the woman was annoyed. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

Came with with an appointment and still waited about 15 minutes for a chair and another 10 for anyone to start working on me. Manicure/​pedicure itself was pretty good, going on day 4 of my manicure and no chips yet. Price was on the more expensive side for a basic manicure/​pedicure but probably typical for the Westside of LA. Place was very clean and the techs were nice, they seemed utterly confused on how to give change though, I thought I was being nice by bringing cash but I probably should just have used a card.

THE WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. I got a mani/​pedi and the woman cut and filed my toenail (which was quite long to begin with) wayy below my nail bed causing it to bleed and hurt like hell. Apparently she could not comprehend that the bleeding open wound hurt because she continued to scrub it and pour lotion on it despite me asking for her to stop and clean it. She didn’t apologize or anything. I was getting my nails done for my huge ceremony tomorrow and now thanks to them I won’t even be able to wear heels to it. I’m really upset and can see that I probably have an ingrown toe coming too. By the way, the polish looks terrible too. I really wish I never set foot in this horrible place.

I’m really happy how close this place is to my house! Happy Nails is clean and they have impeccable service. I’ve been here a few times now and I always leave completely satisfied. They are all precise with their work and I never have to wait a super long time.
I’ve been to a few nails salons where I make an appointment and they always fail to remember. So I end up waiting around for a good half an hour. However, here, they have a good amount of staff and they actually remember who was waiting first. I always get a gel manicure here for $ 30 and they have a great selection of colors/​brands. They also give you this lovely hand massage afterwards and top it off with a hot towel. It feels amazing.
Pedicures are great as well. They have comfortable massage chairs where you can relax. They have a huge lot so parking is never an issue. I think this nail salon is in the perfect plaza with plenty of food options too.

Did not feel good at this place. They are too busy, don’t speak English and barely understand questions. Too much nail polish on one finger made a mess, and when I asked for it to be fixed, they fixed it by applying more nail polish. They sent me away before my nails were dry. Although they seemed dry, there were so many layers that everything just got smudged after a while. Went home and removed everything. The rest of the treatment was OK.
Oh, and they asked me to pay in the the middle of the treatment. That was very awkward.

I am so glad a friend introduced me to this place! Every two weeks I come in for a mani/​pedi. John has done my fill the previous two times I’ve been in and has done a phenomenal job! Chi informed me that they now offer eyelash extensions. I decided to try it out and I must say I’m impressed! They look so natural and I’ve received many compliments! I’ll be adding a lash fill to my biweekly list of services I get done here!

I loved this place after trying every place else in town, but since it’s a little higher priced, I tried other places again and immediately regretted it. I will never go anywhere else again. Their acrylics person is the best in town. I won’t say who cause I don’t what them to get too busy for me!
My nails last a long time, they’re beautiful from beginning to end and I’m always getting compliments. They work their hardest to get everyone in and out in a timely manner, but they do get busy especially in the afternoons/​evenings.
Due to a freak accident at work, my nail broke the day I got them done. I was there two days later and Jackie was sweet enough to fix it for me at no charge. I never feel talked down to or about. Everyone is so nice, all the time. It’s right next to my gym and the view is nice. I zone out and read or stare out the window, they just let me be. It’s heaven.

I came back to Happy Nails after my manicure from last week had chipped and I must say, this place has impeccable customer service. Chi, the manager, made sure I was taken care of and my nail technician, John was so meticulous with my nails it felt like they were works of art to him. Not joking either, he would periodically check with me to see if they were perfect. Talk about satisfaction. I retract my previous review and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone on the West Side.

I’ve been to this salon twice. First time they added so much nail polish thinner; therefore adding many coats so the color would show that it was all messy, even after hours waiting it to dry.
Second time o tried gel, they simply can’t get it right. They leave the corners of the nails unpolished. And to make matters worse, it’s all patched. Awful service. NEVER going back!

This is THE best place to get your nails done. They don’t chip!!! They last for a very long time. Very comfy chairs and lots of workers so you don’t wait long.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
These people are just money hungry rouges.
They will tell you how much a pedi or Mani costs, but at the end of your procedure, they add extra $ 5 for taking off polish, extra $ 5 for shaping your nails, extra $ 5 for the length of nails.
And guess what, my gel polish chipped off after 3days!!!

Not too shabby happy nails! I’m constantly on the lookout for a good place to go while I’m running errands (in this case I’m waiting for my car to be serviced). I walked in and didn’t have to wait too long at all to be seen. I showed my very nice lady (I think her name was bibi?) a picture of what I wanted and she delivered. I’m super OCD about the shape of my nails and making sure they’re all even. She was super patient with me! One thing I noticed was that this was the QUIETEST bunch of nail techs I have ever encountered. Haha.
$ 48 for a full set and gel color isn’t too bad! I’ll be back for sure!

I’m sure like me you the reader have been to million nail salons and just can’t find a perfect one or you do and they are somewhere far in the ghetto and is like an hour drive away! Well keep looking, this place isn’t bad but it isn’t great.
The nail tech was really nice and did a great job but I feel it is only because I said «it’s my first time here so you are being tested hahah no pressure though.» She didn’t laugh but I though it was funny. Also I mentioned to her to please cover the nail and get close to the cuticle, a problem I constantly have at most nail salons.
I feel if I didn’t mention anything to her and just let her do her thing I would have got a mediocre job.
Therefor they get 4 stars.
Good location easy parking reasonably priced $ 30 gel manicure with $ 5+ for design.

Went to Happy Nails for the first time yesterday. Convenient location with easy complimentary parking in garage below. We walked in and were seated within 5 minutes but it was pretty crowded so will definitely make an appointment next time.

Really happy to see this place open up, it’s been here for around 6 months. It’s clean, modern, convenient, and you get to watch the action outside on the 2nd floor of the mall while you’re getting your mani pedi.
They have spa chairs; I prefer the tubs covered with plastic for sanitation sake, but since they’re new, I’m betting on their spa tubs not being polluted yet. they clean each tub after each use.
There weren’t too many people and I had both Mia and Kathrie taking care of me. The manis and pedis were perfect, and I left happy.
The salon is at the far west end of the 2nd floor of the mall, closer to Lincoln Blvd. If you park near the Glencoe end, you’ll have a nice walk. Except at peak times on weekends, the underground parking is good.
