Formal Expressions

Went here today and received A+ customer service from Larry. I am in the customer service business and thought Larry did an amazing job juggling six clients and a ringing phone while we were there. Despite being very busy he was very concerned that all of our needs were being met and that out service was not compromised with the business of the store! We walked out with a dashing new outfit that was altered. We tried on several different options before making our purchase and are thrilled with the product, the price, and more over the service we received.

What wonderful unhurried service. I didn’t expect too much from the outside. I also was a little concerned that the service people were on the young side but I was very very pleased with service and expertise provided. Last minute I called to pay the balance in a tux which my son was going to pick up with a friend. I thought they would be a little cranky as it was «prom pick-​up» day but they were very nice about it. 5 stars!

Amazing place to go for you tux and suit rentals. I have been using formal expressions since high school and have used them for proms and my wedding. I have yet to have a bad experience here. Never had a problem with any rental and the staff is amazing. I cannot recommend this place more!

I am surprised that I am the first person to review Formal Expressions. I went to here on ⁴⁄₂₆ to rent a tux for my son’s Senior Prom. I went here with low expectations since the last time I dealt with tux rental was with Tuxedo Junction, and they are the worst of the worst. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into their business. It was very well lit, plenty of room, and awesome staff. I forget the woman’s name that I dealt with, but she was great. I expressed my concerns on how expensive it would be and she led me in the right directions. I was able to get a great looking tux for only $ 59.99! I was astounded. And to make the deal even better — they were able to ship the tux to my son’s school and pick it up once it was over. That is the best service ever. They really take pride with customer service. If I ever need a tux again for any function, I will definitely come back here. I will also recommend to everybody.
