Always fast & pleasant service. I love this time of year & the winter treats they offer. I also love that I can call ahead for a large order & have it ready when I get there.

I am officially done with this Starbucks, it is the only Starbucks in the metroplex that messes up my drink 90% of the time. I don’t know if they’re just not trained well or what. I may be kind of picky when it comes to my coffee, but at Starbucks you’re allowed to be picky and creative. However the thing they mess up is so simple, I always ask for one pump of classic in my espresso and milk on ice. And almost every time it taste like half the cup was filled with syrup. It is so sweet and disgusting. Why is it so hard to get this right? Every other Starbucks I go to never messes this drink up. Going to the one on Broad St from now on!

Came in this evening and was greeted by the entire staff. Hannah and Sam were especially friendly and helpful. Suggested new drinks that I haven’t tried before.
The cake pops are addictive and the double chocolate brownie extremely rich and decedent.

This Starbucks is AWESOME! Mostly because that pretty girl Sam works there.
She makes the BEST drinks! I don’t know how that store would function without her.
She rocks! Go and visit her, and she’ll make you one hell of a drink!

Came in today for a coffee with my family. Hannah the red haired barista must have been having a bad day. She had to remake my fiancés latte because it tasted like milk and whip cream. I did taste it and it tasted nothing like a caramel flan latte. While we sat there and drank our drinks a lady had two drinks remade and another gentleman had his remade. I know they are busy due to the weather however remaking multiple drinks has to be expensive. My tiramisu latte tastes okay I guess it was my first time getting it… definitely won’t be getting it again… nothing special!

I love this Starbucks!!! It’s really close to my house, so it is great if I need a place to study or just grab a coffee. The baristas are really nice and always have my drink ready pretty fast. My favorite drink is the peppermint mocha, and it tastes awesome every time! They did make me the wrong drink once, and when I let them know, they remade it with a smile and without any hesitation. The baked goods are really tasty and fresh, too. It is usually a pretty chill Starbucks, but it occasionally gets pretty busy (mainly on school nights). That is not really a problem though, as they do have plenty of seats. I always have great experiences at this Starbucks, whether it is inside or in the drive-​through, and it is definitely my location of choice!

I go to this Starbucks 3 — 5 times a week. Yes, I have a problem! :0)
I don’t like the outside seating as much as the first location (where Jersey Mike’s is now) but the inside is awesome! Plenty of seating and some comfy chairs.
The staff seems to have settled down now since they opened this site and you will now see regular guys and gals there. Shout out to David especially! Joey, Zach, Nathan, Britt, etc etc! My husband and I miss Crissy as well! Lots of friendly faces.
They now have a drive through (the reason for the move) and I rarely use it. When I have it has been fast and friendly. I tend to walk in because I like interacting with people and feel you should move when you can. Because of the drive through, the inside service is slower and can come to a crawl. Sometimes I just leave if it takes too long.
Highly recommend if you aren’t in too much of a hurry. The staff is friendly and remember you when you come in.

My friend & I came here to have coffee & hang out before school the other day. I ordered a java chip Frapuccino & though it was good, the chips were a little too blended for my taste & I’ve enjoyed the drink more from other Starbucks. It was still good though & the service was good.

Time for Casi Cielo (Jan-​Feb)
This year the Casi Cielo is BACK! and it is baddass. Great flavor and a wonderful coffee… we stopped by this Starbucks so my wife could get her lemon cake fix… Service was nice and the new building is fitting of any Starbucks. Good selection of cofees and the menu is the same as every Starbucks. The sitting area is a little tight… but the seats are comfy. I had a hot chocolate which is good! This is a smaller Starbucks with a nice outdoor sitting area. Very clean. Wifi is available and they have everything you need.

Basically just another Starbucks that unless I have to meet someone here I won’t be back. One of those «hard to get in and out of» Starbucks and very limited seating which, in the morning, the sun coming through the windows, which is the only place to sit, blinds you and just can’t see girls walking in! Best for in and out coffee but I think that is what Starbucks kinda has in mind?

Not the most friendly location but they’re not very busy most of the time so the service time is ok. If they’re busy, don’t bother cause the wait will be long.

Great coffee, well, depending on which barista is working. I personally like a hot grande white chocolate mocha. I can enjoy one during the winter and summer. Some people like the iced version, but I’m not a fan. The ice makes it taste wierd.
So there are some new workers here. Just be specific on your order so they make it right and everyone will be happy. Don’t forget to tip!

I was very disappointed in this location. I went in and for the first time the normal greeting wasn’t given. Mind you, there was too young boys behind the counter chatting and not too attentive. I have to blame it on that for the sake of not making my other favorites feel bad. Anyway, I had been meaning to try the Xmas flavors and decided to have the Peppermint Mocha. It wasn’t of my liking at all! Very, grindy and course with dark coffee, the peppermint was overshadowed. After driving off and slipping into this disappointing selection I vowed to never purchase again without sampling and when in doubt stick to my favorite. One good experience at this location is that I was offered a Grande for a Tall at no extra charge so I didn’t want to waste a good coffee brand as Starbucks so I saved the Peppermint Mocha to mix with my hot chocolate the next morning. Recycling in two ways, yeah!
