I go here for the queso and that’s about it. I love the chips and queso! But everything else is just ok. And I’ve honestly stopped getting meat because it always looks like it just sat around all day. It kind of creeps me out. I also never really see a crowd here, which makes me wonder about freshness and reuse of food… Just get queso and chips and leave.

Just leaving this location I have eaten here at least 5 other times in the past and usually I’ve enjoyed it. Today I bring my 18 year old son in who ordered a chicken burrito only to discover that there is a bone in his chicken he brings this to their attention they never apologize refund his money and are rude we decide we will not return.

Sometimes you overlook some pretty good eating spots close to home. I have never eaten here until tonight and was actually very impressed. Decided to try a taco salad because it’s pretty hard to mess that up. I went with the shredded beef. The shell was crispy. The beef was moist and tasted good. The regular queso was good. I didn’t go with the Diablo queso it was a little too spicy for me. I was pleasantly surprised they don’t charge extra for guacamole like some other chains do. Overall it was a solid meal. Really friendly service. The restaurant as a whole was very clean. Would definitely come back.

1. Freebird’s 2. Mojo’s 3. Chipotle 4. Qdoba Freebird’s has 12 choices of tortillas. Qdoba has only 2. Mojo’s smokes their own meat.

Tried to call in an order, spent 3 minutes waiting and all while listening to the lady take 5 orders. Could have taken you less than 20 seconds to get my order. Then she had the audacity to say they were busy and I needed to wait longer? Sigh, and I was looking forward to try this place. :(called Fuzzy’s instead.

Not better than Chipotle but still really really really good. They have a lot of ingredients to build your burrito or bowl with and they also offer smothered burritos! I got my burrito with ground beef and the meat didn’t have much flavor, if any. The whole thing would’ve been bland if I hadn’t gotten it smothered in queso. The tortilla also had a weird after taste but I will still give this place another try. So good.

It’s decent! The prices are a little steep, but overall food was alright. Don’t expect it to taste anything like chipotle or free birds!

I love qdoba, had it for my first time and here i am again today lol. I will never go to chipotle again. The smothered burrito with spicy queso is delicious. I think every chipotle lover should try this place,

Better than chipotle, freebirds, etc. Student discounts on Tuesdays and they have other yummy choices not just burritos!

I had never been to Qdoba before this location but have been here many times. I love it. It has always been very clean, each time I have gone the staff has been cheerful, nice and very accommodating. There has never been a crazy crowd when I have gone and the employees are great at their jobs. I always get the chicken quesadilla or the mexican gumbo. The ingredients are very fresh. I’m sensitive to preservatives and the food here contains little to none. The mexican gumbo is AMAZING. I have never seen a product like it any where else and it will leave you craving it when it gets chilly out! It’s essentially a chipotle burrito bowl with tortilla soup poured on top.

There are many comparisons to Chipotle, and it doesn’t compare to Chipotle’s bowls but Qdoba has the game on lock for nachos. The 3 cheese nachos are to die for. I sometimes drive out of my way to get them. They’re definitely worth it. I hate that there aren’t more locations but that doesn’t stop me from loving that queso. If you dine in, go on and order a margarita too to wash it down. Good stuff.

Location: Great Atmosphere/Décor: Great Service: Great! Food: Meh… Almost noon, on a Friday I thought this place would have more than three customers… the food may be the reason. It was pretty much underwhelming. Neighboring Panda Express, Wing Stop, Jersey Mikes were all filling up… this place was a mausoleum! I ordered the Try Two lunch special. After ordering the«Mexican Gumbo»(tortilla soup), I was told that I couldn’t have a Burrito as my 2nd part of the Try Two, even though it was on the menu that way… was told that it would have to be a bowl full of burrito fixings, just not wrapped in a tortilla. Isn’t that what a burrito is? So, unfortunately, I opted for the«Three Cheese Nachos» — a bowl of chips with melted processed cheese food stuff and a lot of grease! They dolled it up with some taco meat, shredded cheese and guacamole, but by the time I got it to the table it was a mess. The chips were wobbly and soggy. Tasted like the nachos at a high school football concession stand. The soup was OK, but nothing special. Nine bucks later, I was certainly unimpressed… probably won’t be back.

Not sure why this particular location has such poor reviews. I came at lunch on Friday and was impressed. It was surprisingly empty(never good to see at lunchtime rush hour) but the restaurant was very clean and the staff very helpful. They even offered to let me try all the different sauces on a chip so I could decide which I wanted on my smothered burrito. On the whole it’s a bit more expensive than Chipotle but they also don’t make you pay for guacamole. The food was very good though slightly less food than Chipotle. The flavors are different here though and I agree with the other reviewer who said it has more cumin/more Tex-Mex flavor. The décor is very nice. I’d come back. Support these places — there aren’t very many fast casual places to pick up a decent meal in Mansfield!

This place had opened down the street from my house & being adventurous I tried it out twice and didn’t like it. However I gave it a final chance & got the new queso diablo burrito and was very impressed! It actually had some heat packed in it, and the gentlemen who was helping us out was so nice. He ended up hooking it up on extra guacamole free of charge! The burrito is up there with my beloved chipotle burrito which says a lot! I will def come back and order it again

I read the previous review about horrible catering but decided to go for it anyway when I needed catering at the last minute. I talked to Kristen this morning and she set it all up. I arrived at the agreed upon time and everything was ready — including all the food and the things I need to set up and serve. The staff was super accommodating and helpful and the food was abundant. I would definitely do it again.

Wow almost forgot my review for my horrible catering experience. I ordered the taco bar for 25 people 3 weeks ago for my sons graduation party. Well party was going good but I noticed all of the guest were eating nachos. Well I checked and there was not tortillas only chips. Ok then I realized no beans either thank god I ordered queso because if not those would of been some dry nachos. So $ 250 for some nachos no way. So I called the Restarsaunt the next day to inquire about the mistake. I was told I would get a call back that day well no return call. So Monday I followed up with a woman named Jasmine who was more than helpful she assured me the district manager was going to call me that day since she was too busy Saturday. Jasmine called the manager who said she was going to call when she got to that store I guess she didn’t make it because she didn’t call me till Friday! This was after I called the customer service number on Wednesday and Friday. The customer service man told me he would call me right back and he did explained that she was going to call me. Well when did call she acted like she knew nothing about my complaint and told me she would refund me 50% ok good deal but I explained to her I still thought that was not fair because I shouldn’t of had to track her down to even speak with her. I feel as if a full refund should of been given due to the customer service after the catering mistake. If this was handled Saturday then wow that was more than fair. But this was a week later and No she was not on vacation or out she just ignored my request to speak with management. So I ask her when will I receive my refund she tells me she has doesn’t know the protocol so she will get back to me, WHAT!!! Your a freaking district manager and you don’t know how to do a refund that the company already knows about? So she tells me she will call me on Monday and that she did she took my cc number over the phone and issued a refund. Now on a side note I was not loud, rude or disrespectful to any employee not even her so that has no bearing on the request. We all know when you act like that many managers try to ignore you thinking you will go away. Nope I’m not that person. But I was blunt with the customer service rep and told them if she was a area/district manager she would of been terminated. Why have someone represent your business that cannot assist your customers. On the plus side they do give military discount.

Got the grilled chicken burrito and thought it was very good. The burrito is pretty big, probably the same size as Chipotle etc., so you probably won’t leave hungry. Service was great, restaurant is clean and the prices are good.

Absolutely disgusting… sloppy prep, very poor customer service, and I couldn’t even finish the three tacos. I’ll stress all night waiting for the stomach pains.

I tend to think of Qdoba as Chipotle but with more cumin added, giving it more of a Mexican/Tex-Mex flavor. I also like that they aren’t afraid to make things that are spicy, spicy. Too many places hold back on the heat. Try the combo — 2 items for $ 6.99. It might not look like it’s much food but trust me, you’ll be full
