I have been a customer for over a year and was very happy with the services. I would have continued coming back if not for what happened today. After giving the woman a $ 20 for a $ 7 threading, she gave me back three dollars. I wasn’t paying attention and just left. I realized that the woman accidentally gave me back $ 3. When I came back and said I think you gave me the wrong change, the woman right away said «you gave me a $ 10!». I definitely remember giving her a $ 20. She was certain and didn’t seem to want to look into this more, or give me the benefit of the doubt, a regular customer of over one year. She may have gotten a $ 10 tip, but she lost a customer. This behavior is completely uncalled for and inappropriate of a business.

Excellent technician! Knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my eyebrows without me saying anything. Normally I have to go back in and give direction but to my surprise I LOVED how my eyebrows looked the moment she finished. I will definitely continue to come her to get my eyebrows done. They also do individual eyelash extensions and I may have to try that one day.
