Greeted at the hotel to assure that our check-​in went smoothly. Yasmin could not have been more accommodating and is always a call away for any questions or help to navigate the city. The room was well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen ware. Great shower, comfortable bed and the apartment was extremely quiet. Great place for something to eat a few doors down leaving the building on your right. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed at one of TEN15NYC apartments this weekend with some friends and we loved it. The check-​in process was well organized by the owners and they were very accommodating. The unit itself was simple and clean with a large bathroom (by New York standards) so it was perfect for our small group. We had some issues with the heater on the first night (too hot), but Erika was quick to get that fixed and the rest of the nights were comfortable. Very convenient location since we were visiting people both uptown and downtown. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient apartment that is still considerably cheaper than any of the hotels.

Great apartment with a central location, super clean. A little noisy but we popped in some ear plugs and it was fine. It is Manhattan after all ;-) Owners were awesome to deal with and we had 3 of us plus an infant and it was great.
