I’m really tempted to give a 1 right now, but because of the other interactions I had, I’ll raise my rating to a 2. I’m really upset after today’s service. I come here nearly 3 – 4 times a week to get my morning espresso — ordered online. Never have a problem, despite it being incredibly busy in the morning. My company upstairs uses this Starbucks all the time for events. Today I stop by. The box of Joe is not ready to go, and I’m even 5 minutes later than the time I gave them the day before. So I come around to the other side to locate the manager I ordered with. She brings the coffee to the other side of the room. And then I tell her I’m here, and I need all other supplies. She brings the rest of the supplies to the other side of the room, and tells me to go to the other side of the room. They don’t give me enough cups as I indicated yesterday, and then I go to the other side of the room to pick it up. Then I go to the other, other side of the room to go back to the door to go inside the office building. And she gives me a look like she’s my customer and she should do what I tell her to do. I’m very disturbed by the customer service and the attitude. I’m so upset, I’m bring this down to a 1 again and also explaining to Corporate, to see what I can do to continue working well with this Starbucks.

This starbucks is so efficient! I work a 1−2min walk from this location and ordered my drink via the app right before taking the elevator down the building. Thank goodness I ordered via the app. Not only did I receive a star on the app, but I was able to save so much waiting time. This location is so busy, especially during the mid afternoon when people are looking for a coffee fix to keep them powering through work. Once I got to the store, I didn’t have to wait too long before the barista called my name for the drink. Aside from efficiency, the lattes are exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks drink. Question though, why aren’t there any special fall-themed cups to go alongside my pumpkin spice latte?

Cashier and barista, David is very courteous and great with customers. He should definitely be promoted. The Starbucks location is clean and my drink always comes out tasty.

I guess the quality of service in this Starbucks varies as a function of the shift manager. An African American lady with gapped front teeth was horribly unprofessional! 8÷20÷2015 at 4:05pm. Hopefully, someone from this branch will see this post and implement customer service retraining of this employee. A previous post of this Starbucks pointed out that«Employees act like they don’t want to be there, I don’t blame them.»

Terrible. My americano had 3 inches of room and was watery. Asked for a redo and was told she«made it herself» with 4 shots. Tasted like water. Employees act like they don’t want to be there, I don’t blame them.

I love this Starbucks! The team is always upbeat and they work so well together. Don’t let the long line fool you — these kids move through it super fast! Never out of stock of anything I’ve ordered, which is refreshing for the bustling financial district. They know their customers and they serve them well. Above all — they don’t take shortcuts with beverages. Every cup is picture-perfect every time. Go!

Best Starbucks in the financial district hands down! Ultra swift service with a level of attentiveness unknown at many other Starbucks. Clean place to sit and have a casual coffee meeting. Über clean bathrooms. It’s a further walk but better than the closer Starbucks. They have never screwed up my order. Love it here.

I needed a place to sit, revive myself between a plethora of work meetings, and get a bit of homework done. This location quickly and happily made me a chai, had ample seating and available plugs for my iPad, and I was able to get my wits about myself again while I took that two hour respite. Also, they have THE cleanest Starbucks bathroom I’ve EVER been in, at least by Manhattan standards.

Best sbux location in the area — very efficient staff — always the longest line yet the fastest store to grab a coffee within blocks. The team here seems to get it while at several other sbux locations in a 2 – 3 block radius that is not always the case. I’ve noticed that this locations manager is often taking customer orders and quarterbacking the entire operation. He seems to know half of the regulars orders as well which keeps the line moving quickly.

I like the staff here — which is the main reason why this review is happening. They are always so nice and fun and sweet. They deserve a good review. I like to be complicated and«create-a-drink» if you will. I order a green tea chai latte with soy and its delish! One of the baristas even tried some leftover when they made it and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I mean, duh. I wouldn’t order a gross drink… jus sayin. Lines do get long sometimes, just like with every other place downtown, but all in all I like this location and I know I’ll be back … soon.

Even though there was a decent sized line for the afternoon pick-me-up, I didn’t have to wait very long for my drink order. This location is on the medium-small size(if that makes sense!), has indoor tables, and a bathroom. Pretty typical for a Starbucks. It’s the closest to my office so I’m sure I will be back. There’s an entrance off Maiden Lane.
