Confirming Casey’s review. I had the same experience.
I bought a voucher through Groupon, managed to book and appointment for about a month later. That part didn’t bother me, I get that when you book Groupon you sacrifice immediacy, but like Casey’s experience the cleaner never showed or called. I tried calling the company multiple times that weekend, but only landed on voicemail (my message was never returned). Finally about a week later I got someone to pick up, who sounded baffled and unorganized. She also said she wasn’t in the office, but that she would «let them know». Now it’s been so long that my voucher has expired, and I’m bored of calling them endlessly trying to sort it out.
This is either a scam, or a little business that wasn’t ready to handle the surge of Groupon business, and buried their head in the sand rather than hiring more help.
Either way, if you actually want your house cleaned, don’t hold your breath.

DO NOT go to these people! Took a month to get in contact with them, and then when they finally got back to me they literally failed to show up not once but twice, after confirming dates and times and having me move around my schedule for them. On top of that they were rude. This is the only negative review I’ve ever written. I feel personally insulted by this joke of a business.
