I went in with a colleague one evening after doth ing a movie. We were seated in no time and our waiter was great. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very helpful with the menu. He told us about happy hour and helped us pick our drinks. Love this place. The fish tacos were amazing! Definitely recommend, great place in such a busy area!

Overpriced but convenient location, most dishes are around $ 20 and up. Staff were either too attentive or nowhere to be found at different times. Food took a very long time, even though we ordered salads, maybe it was the meat? Portions are generous, glad I skipped the dressing since the salad was entirely covered in cheese. The menu lists calories which is helpful and scary, they probably serve $ 20 worth of enchiladas – but is that good? Plenty of seating, there are 2 floors.

We came in and were seated by the door which was ok with us and the crowd was very light at the time. Our waiter«T» which was all that was left on his name badge. No eye contact and he seemed very dismissive when taking our order. Not that we expect to be catered to, but a waiter works for the Resturaunt and is the face and welcoming voice of the establishment. T was not a good representative during our visit, and made our experience less than average. The food was ok and happy hour margaritas were average as well. A shame, as we have enjoyed eating at Chevy’s while living in California(San Francisco area).

My boyfriend and I went to Chevys located at Times Square. I recommended going upstairs for good service. The manager, Marcelis, was very nice and cordial. She made my boyfriend and I feel very appreciated. Our host, Angel, was courteous and nice. He was our host when we first came to Chevys. It is a nice alternative than BBQ. It is cheaper and the portions are better. I am very pleased to eat at Chevys. The drinks are good and so is the food.
