Pizza Hut

I ordered my pizza with the special Parmesan crust yet there is NO Parmesan. there was no effort in this pizza, there is no barbecue sauce as I requested either. Half assed job. my other pizza they didn’t even do the correct crust nor did they drizzle it with honey sriracha. way to go Pizza Hut! Must be a bunch of retarded inbreds working there.

Told me delivery would be an hour, called when he arrived after 45 minutes which I missed so he left a voice mail saying he would wait another 10 minutes. I call back 5 minutes later and I am too late driver has left and they are closed. Going to bed hungry 1 star.

Was a big round table pizza fan until they started a huge delivery charge that doesn’t go to the drivers. Thought I would try Pizza Hut and guess what… a 3.50 delivery charge that doesn’t go to the driver! Why? The driver doesn’t even know. I’m done with these places. Raping the customers is not smart…

Don’t get me wrong, I expected «Pizza Hut Quality» from Pizza Hut. But this Location continues to blow my mind. We always order Stuffed Crust and Mild Wings and I have to say that they have not let me down once! Well, let me correct that…
On our first time ordering from this location It seemed like the Driver Dropped our pizza in the Box or something. I had never seen a pizza delivered completely separated in the center like half of the pizza tried to run away before the delivery guy got here, LOL! When I called to complain, the Manager Celeste was more that professional and handled the situation extremely well.
The next 3 times we have ordered from this location the Pizza has been Excellent!
The Chicken Wings are Tender (Shocking more tender than Union Pizzas x10)
Lots of Gooey Cheese, Tasty Asiago cheese crust finish and Delivered piping HOT. Now that’s Good Eating and very affordable!
I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Wait a minute. that’s what I’m doing right now!!! he he ;-)

Order online for great deals. Pizza is the Bomb! I have a love for pan pizza.
They’re definitely on time.

It took close to 2 hrs for the one pizza I ordered to be delivered. We ordered online, and it was delivered 50 minutes after the quoted time. I called the store to check on it and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I then called back and finally got someone on the phone. Pizza was hardly warm by the time I got it. Not much for efficiency…

After randomly craving Pizza Hut, I decided to order online this past Sunday. I got a call 7 minutes after placing my order saying that they don’t have Pan Pizza available. Wait a second, thats the only reason I would ever order pizza from Pizza Hut. How in the world at 6:30 pm, on a Sunday, are you out of Pizza (football season is over people). I submitted a formal complaint to Pizza Hut, but I doubt they’ll get back me!
Looks like Dominos gets to keep my business!

I tried calling in to place an order and was placed on hold for 11 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. They picked up after a couple of rings. I told her that I was left on hold for 11 minutes. No acknowledgement or apology. I began to place my order and was told that I could not order a pan pizza. So, I had to pick anotther pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took closer to 45 minutes to get a carry out pizza. This was bad customer service all the way around.

Ordered a «Cheese Lovers Pizza» not knowing that it came with alfredo sauce. Called to complain and was told that’s how it’s made. «No problem» said the manager, we will send you another pizza («anything you want») no charge. My mistake, but the restaurant makes it right. Proper customer service, in a nutshell.

I can’t believe I’m actually reviewing a Pizza Hut! But I was irritated with some of these reviews. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. You know the kind of food you’re getting, when you order from here. If I wanted top quality ingredients and New York style pizza, I would order somewhere else, but we were craving Pizza Hut for some reason. I ordered pan style pizza and breadsticks online on Football Sunday, and the website said my order would be ready at 11:49. Well I walked into the store at 11:48 and it was just coming out of the oven. The people there were very friendly, and the food was just what I was expecting. I have no complaints, and if I ever have another Pizza Hut craving, I’ll be sure to come back.

Delivery was over 30 minutes late and my order was wrong. When I called the store the man on the phone started talking to me in a condescending tone and acted like it was my fault! I work in customer service and would fire any employee if I heard them talk to a customer like I was spoken to today. The only employee that was nice was the delivery guy. He apologized and seemed genuine. I won’t be having Pizza Hut from this location ever again.

Orderded pick up and walked in to radio blasting with offensive music and no one at counter. Waited 5 minutes for person in back to finally come up. My order was then 10 minutes late. Good food horrible service.

Called in, asked (as always) what are the specials.
1 Large 2 toping and 8 wings for $ 15.99. I asked for a 3^rd topping and was told that I could not get it because of a «Special»
FYI Dominos special right now 1 Large 3 toppings for $ 6.99
I get to the store to pick it up and what is the first thing I see when I walk in?
Regular price:
1 Large 3 Toppings Pizza for $ 10
8 Wings for 6.50
Total $ 16.50
I saved a whole 0.51 cents and was told I could not have a 3^rd topping. This is a whole 3% discount! I could have gotten a 10% discount with AAA.
I don’t think loosing a topping on a large pizza and saving a total of 0.51 cents is worth to be called a «Special». I feel ripped off.

Ordered for pick-​up at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday, good and fast service
2 Large Pizza: Cheese stuffed crust, Meat lover’s and Supreme and they were good.
I asked for marinara dipping sauce… it was free.
Total: $ 26.

Sometimes you do things even though your better instincts tell you not to: drink the beer you’ve had in the back of your fridge for years; sleep with someone who calls you «William»; watch an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond; eat the new bastardized pizza from Pizza Hut.
It wasn’t that I wanted to eat the new Cheesy Bites Pizza. The ads made me angry, and who can eat when they’re angry? But my friends ordered a couple during the Super Bowl, and, despite my loud and virulent opposition (not to mention my better instincts), I was curious. Would the bites indeed deliver cheese? Would they taste of «the flavor of garlic butter»? Would Jessica Simpson herself deliver them and pop the bites directly into my mouth?
No, yes, and no. The bites did not deliver cheese so much as they delivered confusion. Is it undercooked dough, or congealed cheese? I ate four «bites» and I couldn’t figure it out, which may have been because the «bites» tasted less like cheese and more like garlic-​butter flavor. And Ms. Simpson had a «previous engagement,» so she was unable to deliver our «pizzas.»
I’ve learned my lesson: Never again will I eat a food that’s advertised with a poorly rewritten, remixed Nancy Sinatra song. Unless my friends pay for it. Again

Pizza Hut makes a very consistent pizza. You know what you are getting, and usually do coupons specials.
I order delivery from them, so mostly know them for just their pizza. I highly recommend using the
website. You can look up specials and it will remember your previous order (if you always get the same thing).
