MAC Cosmetics

I had a wonderful experience today at Mac. I walked in with no appt and was helped with in a minute. Irena greeted me and I asked her to help find me lipstick to match my red dress. In doing so I also bought lip liner, pressed powder and lipgloss. Before leaving she quickly put bronzer on my cheeks without asking because she didn’t want me to look so washed out with just the powder, which asked her to put everywhere. After paying I left to go to lulu Lemon next door for 45 minutes. I kept noticing in the changing room how nice the broker made me look. I immediately went straight back to Mac after and asked for Irena. Another employee went in the back and got her for me. She was clearly on break or lunch but she didn’t hesitate to help me. She nice lady. I purchase the bronzer. I was extremely happy with Irena for giving me such a positive experience. She was extremely helpful knowing exactly what I needed without being pushy. I really appreciated that.
Maybe the bad reviews before were taken to heart and there is a new staff there now. Because everyone there was nice. Thank you Irena!

It’s a either a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes I get the best employees to help me out and other time I unfortunately get the rude employee that hates their job. For that reason, the one in the el segundo plaza is definitely the best!

I had a really great experience at this location today. Nicole helped me find my right color and she was so helpful and showed me how to achieve the same look on my own. No one asked me to write this review I just happened to have a really great experience today that I wanted to share :) I will going back to see her again, she was absolutely wonderful & helpful!!!

As a very frequent shopper and pro card member, I spend a lot of time in mac. I live down the street from this location but chose to go to topanga mac v this one. Why?
Horrible customer service, lack of supplies, Nicky 3 encounter have been nothing but rudeness from the staff. If you don’t like your job or being around people, please find mother career. They will never get another dollar from me, I’d rather travel a longer distance for quality. 1 ate is paging it. Major thumbs down

These policies need to be reviewed. Mac has some unprofessional employees and some fucked up policies! Really? They refuse to help people if they show up 15 minutes early for an apt! Even though they have nothing else to do! Oh but even during your appt, they will leave you and make you wait while they make over people that just walked in with no appt.!! Fucked up is the only way to describe this experience! It’s my daughter 16^th birthday and this is what she wanted. I have make up that I bought recently and it’s coming back! Fo sho I’m done with Mac !!

Everytime I come to this store it seems like they’re in a rush to get rid of me. On top of that even though I buy their products they seem to «always» be out of containers for samples. Even at another location, they gave me a dirty look when I asked for a concealer sample. So far not a good experience with Mac.
