Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

Tamara made my day! I was looking around the mall killing time before a flight. I felt tired and my week had been exhausting and stressful. And I looked worn out and melted. I didn’t lay all that on her or anything. I was just looking and she chatted with me. She was beyond sweet. She did a makeover for me. She helped me find some new products. She was knowledgable and had such a positive and glowing demeanor. It was nice having someone be so patient and kind. I was not expecting to have such a wonderful experience. I was pulling around all my luggage and my computer bag, most people had ignored me or been annoyed with me trying to get by with so much stuff. Anytime I am in the area, I am going here for an eyebrow shaping or makeover. Tamara was an absolute doll! I hope her managers appreciate her, that kind of attitude is an asset in employees. I left feeling wonderful and so happy with my experience and purchase! I wish I could leave bonus stars!

I came to this location to get my birthday make up done and Vivianna. She did an absolutely amazing job. It lasted me throughout the entire night and I will definitely be coming back to see her for any event.

Cristine is the best I love they way she leaves my eye brows every time very consistent highly recommend her if you want to look at your best I’ve been doing my eyebrows for a while I only like the way she leaves them she has great customer service I feel comfortable with her makes me laugh I keep going back to her and I live in Downey

Christine keeps my eyebrows on point. Ladies, quit going to the nail shops to get your brows done. It’s about $ 20 each time but I have to go less frequently and I always get compliments on my eyebrows.

Vivianna did a makeover for me today and I have never felt prettier. She is so so talented and so friendly. Not pushy at all. I look simultaneously polished and natural. I highly recommend her :)

Friendly and professional service! Christine got my brows back into shape, and was courteous and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in providing product info, but wasn’t at all aggressive in pushing a sale.

I have been doing my eyebrows with Nicole for a year now. She is the only person that I trust I’ve been to many other places and trust me she is the best!!! I drive from downtown la just to see her because no one can compare to her work. Nicole makes sure you leave happy and with perfect eyebrows every single time! Also it doesn’t hurt one bit so if you want perfect kim kardashian inspired eyebrows go to her she will get the job done plus she is super sweet and nice. She will definitely give you your moneys worth!!!

Karina did an amazing job with my brows. She gave me a shape that would fit me best, explained which areas I needed to grow more hair on, and made them look awesome. The silk wax is not harsh on your skin and has a gentle pull. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to the benefit brow bar for about a year now, and I have to say I LOVE Nicole! She is amazing. She has taken my brows to the next level! She understood that I wanted them on the thicker side and didn’t go too thin with them. Since seeing her, my sparse brows have filled in fuller!
