I moved into a new building in the Marina and had sold most of my older furniture. I have never worked with a designer before and was pleasantly wowed by how much fun and creative it can be creating a new space with Jamie and her team. I work from home and my space is very sacred to me and she totally got me ! thank you so much EdenLa :)

This store has reasonable prices and a nice selection. I found a couple of small pieces that i was very pleased with. Friendly staff that is helpful and informed. good location in Manhattan Beach.

In response to my 1^st review. Nothing against you Kelly, as we’ve never met. This is not a personal attack but rather the facts as they unfolded. There is nothing here that is fabricated. This was my experience, this was my husband’s experience. And, we never received any ‘professional advice’ at all. You are correct in that I cannot speak for anything but the horrific, unprofessional and attempted design help/​service I received. It’s odd that earlier when I wrote this review there was another reviewer who had more or less the same experience I had, yet her review is no longer here. Perhaps Jamie convinced her to take it down like she tried to with me. In a personal email she begged me to take it down and I was seriously considering it but after I read entirely through her explanations filled with lies and contradictions & her phony half hearted apology, I decided not to. Not to be vicious, just to prevent someone else from having such a terrible experience. The only reason you have mostly stellar reviews here is because she asks people to take down the negative ones. Its unfortunate that this was our experience with her. It’s not a good way to treat people, and its definitely not how one should treat potential clients, whether they’re ‘a fit for your designer or not.’

I have read the negative reviews and can’t speak for what they experienced — only mine. I first had a custom bed made with Eden LA and it arrived exactly the way I had asked for it (review below). This year, I needed a new couch and loved a design I had seen in a renowned retail store. After getting 2 couches from that store with marks, imperfections, a different comfort level to how they felt in the store (sent both back), I decided to go back to Eden LA to have something custom made. It arrived exactly how I had wanted it — elegant, to my specifications and undoubtedly the most comfortable couch I have ever sat in. It took about 6 – 8 weeks for it to be delivered but that is standard when having something custom made and wasn’t an issue for me.

The BEST Furniture and accessories in LA. If you cannot find it here it must not be something you want nor need. This place is on point!

Love these ladies and the merchandise! Will keep visiting regularly to see spectacularly stylish furniture and accessories that aren’t pretentiously priced. Professional and fun!

WOW, of course I love this store, there is no other store in Los Angeles like this place, it is so HIGH-​END, yet the owner is down to earth, friendly and professional.
There is nothing you cannot find there if you are looking for something different in the line of accessories or furniture. This store deserves more than 5 STARS!!!

Wow, wow and WOW!
I have never been to a furniture store where I could imagine everything looking good in my house. The amazingly friendly and never pushy staff at Eden LA really know how to take contemporary to the next level. Fresh, organic, warm. I feel like I’m describing a great meal, but in fact it is a great collection of furniture.
I couldn’t be more challenged with visualizing the design of room. It’s always hard to put together something that is personal and coordinated, without being matchy matchy. Eden LA took all the anxiety out of my purchase by one, being awesome and extremely helpful without making me feel like I needed to buy everything all at once, and for having SOOOO much to choose from. The store is absolutely huge and yet doesn’t require you sift through a bunch of filler to you find your perfect piece or perhaps peace. I highly recommend!

Parking is awesome and right away you feel VIP with the clandestine reserved spot in the garage below. The furniture is awe inspiring, and you can see the creativity in the owner’s eyes as she comes up with great ideas on the spot for your home. She can read your tastes like a book and she’ll treat you like a star. The prices are so reasonable for LA! I will be back again and again.

My only way to reply to you is to update my review. But wow, is this hilarious. Really? First off, thank you so much for your non-​apology, three months later. You reminded me I’ve been meaning to follow up and let everyone know I’m constatnly getting poked by feathers in the cushions (that I had no idea were even in this couch), the stitching is coming undone in one spot, and the cushions are breaking down. We’re keeping this thing until we move and then its going in the dumpster.
I do so appreciate your attempt to place the blame on me and not at all accept any of your responsibiilty. We did bring measurements, we did NOT make mistakes. What about you so confidently saying this piece would look proportionate? That we would be happy? Way to deflect. If you think the couch is so «beautiful» then why didn’t you put it in your showroom to sell and let us spend more money on the bigger couch after we asked to do that as a remedy to this problem?
You really do show IN PRINT the point I was trying to make. No apologies, blaming the customer, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service. So for that, thank you, this reply from you actually thrills me!!! If this prevents one person from having a similar experience, it will be worth it.

We had a great experience at EdenLA, and I would highly recommend it. We wandered in one Saturday afternoon because we live close-​by, and the good Unilocal reviews. I was instantly enchanted and, well, comfortable. It’s high-​end stuff without being fussy or intimidating. And on that particular Saturday afternoon, we had the store to ourselves! (How do they stay in business?) We quickly received great sales help from Scott, who was not intrusive or pushy or snobbish at all, to my relief, but truly attentive and informative. My wife and I quickly agreed on the right sofa for us, but felt we should look elsewhere before finalizing. Looking elsewhere only sealed the deal. We went back to EdenLA, got our few remaining questions answered, and ordered our new sofa. At a reasonable price, too, especially considering the location and obviously high standards.
That was a few weeks ago and we still love it!
The only negative concerns the delivery. We had been told it would arrive on Monday between 4 PM & 6 PM. When 6:15 rolled around and we’d heard nothing, I called the store. «Oh? Right,» said the woman who answered. «I see now that they never picked it up from us. It’s still in our warehouse. How’s tomorrow?» Why this hadn’t been noticed sooner, I can’t say. No big deal, really, except we had arranged for a service to haul away our old sofa and now had to cancel. When the guys came the next morning with the new sofa, I asked them about taking the old one out. They looked at me as if it were the strangest request ever. I was prepared to offer them $ 20 or even $ 40, but must admit I was taken aback when Jaime demanded $ 65! Well, what could I do? I wrote him a check, and all went well.

What a find Eden LA is! Small modern chic furniture store in the Brentwood area of L.A. I worked with Jamie, a highly energetic hip salesperson numerous times and she has always taken care of me perfectly. It’s nice to work with someone who has a sense of humor, but with business in mind. Eden LA is the place for today’s and tomorrow’s unique looks. Highly recommend it.

Eden LA’s showroom has a look and feel to it that is incredibly inviting and comfortable. I found myself looking around the store for 30 minutes looking at the unique designs and fixtures they have surrounding the store. I asked the manager, Jamie, about the Green Sleep mattress and she was very knowledgable about the organic fibers and surprised me with her passion for the products they carry. A few days later I went back to Eden LA and purchased the mattress and it was shipped to my house within 1 month like they promised.

Ah, its nice to find a place in Los Angeles where you can get something unique, even custom (!!!) that is fashionable, high quality and affordable. Beyond the basic furniture, EdenLA has fab throws, pillows and accessories that I have not seen anywhere (and I’m a big design shopper)… The fact that the sales people are also great designers helps a ton. You get great advice, lots of thinking out of the box, and wine, coffee or water when you enter— a really unique store. If you need furniture, its a must-​visit.

EdenLA has beautiful pieces, modern and yet warm, at reasonable prices. They can even customize the piece you choose– prefer your square coffee table round, no problem! The store itself has a great vibe and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And if I wasn’t shopping for myself, I’d hang out at the ‘guys lounge area’ (genius idea). I went there originally because of their magazine ads, they were super cool and that same sensiblity is carried through the whole shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back…
