I trust and respect Debbie Bremner with my own clients. I brought Debbie in on a couple of transactions with many parties involved. She helped facilitate successful closings on transactions with many obstacles. It was great working with her and her team. My husband and I did not think that an agent like Debbie existed! She is honest, trustworthy, sincere, and very personal in her approach. But, she is also EXTREMELY experienced, savvy, and downright tough when the circumstance requires it. We had a particularly uncomfortable and overwhelming situation with our lenders. Debbie was straightforward, tough and did quite a bit of the heavy lifting on her own so that we could complete our transaction. She is the rare combination of warmth and steel. I am so sorry that I gave Deborah Bremner my own personal email address. I had assumed that it would be respected. So BEWARE
