AT&T Mobility – Ranger Wireless

Just switched from Verizon to AT&T in the hopes of better service. When it comes to network providers I feel like you are picking the best of the worst, but the service I got from this location was amazing. Nick worked to move out ²⁄₃ numbers over and kept us posted along the way (it took a couple days). He provided updates, managed expectations and provided simple, good information. Refreshing to meet someone that knows what they are doing!

I don’t like negative reviews. I also don’t like getting screwed over by «legit» businesses. I went in for a new phone. The owner ‘Jared’ was super helpful. I ended up getting a new model that just came out on Saturday so if it was overnighted I would have it on Monday. Monday. no phone, Tuesday… etc…turns out it was actually sent ground or something and got to me by Thursday. I was promised that when I got my phone, I could come back in, they would switch over the cards and the info so wouldn’t loose anything PLUS he would wave the «upgrade fee.» When I went back in to have them do that. he acted all surprised and somewhat annoyed that I couldn’t somehow do it myself. He grabbed the phone, and it turns out they did need to cut my card. something that I would not have known to do, nor done myself properly. When he turned on the phone he told me that my contact information was gone and I would have to manually enter everything new. And that my charge had been waved. I left… pretty annoyed. After toying with the phone, I managed to pull up all my old contacts. So out of laziness, or lack of knowledge of his business, I had been mislead. I guess because they had my money at this point. When my bill came, of COURSE the upgrade fee was still there. When I called the store to have that adjusted, I was promised a phone call back from the busy owner Jared. No call. I called again. No return call. I ended up paying the fee because not one person when I called AT&T could help. It sucks how much I allow myself to be put at the mercy of these crappy companies and liars just looking for our hard earned cash. Shame.

Great local AT&T store, very reliable and extremely knowledgeable staff!
Highly recommend to all my Friends and Family!
