Stopped here on my way to Massachusetts on a cold evening with a long drive ahead of me. Ordered a coffee and once I got back on the highway discovered it was COLD. Yuck! There is no way to reach them on their website thus no way to complain or get a refund. In reading other reviewers’ complaints about cold food, I wonder how they can be so utterly incompetent.

Ordered breakfast. Didn’t have fruit oatmeal as advertised. Got #11 and sausage and egg were cold. Took extra long at drive thru.

Living in the neighborhood where this BK is located it would be wonderful to report good quality food and service. We all had our hopes up that the renovation would result in some new kitchen appliances that actually produced hot food. Sadly, the restaurant is even worse– at least as far as the drive thru is evaluated. You cannot get a hot serving from this location if your life depended on it. Food is stale, often cold– not even a pretense of warm and I’ve thrown out more items than I’ve eaten. There’s a reason that it’s a desolate parking lot for the morning commute. Its terrible! I now drive into Hooksett to grab breakfast at the McD’s. Refuse to spend another dime at this location even though it is ½ mile from my house. Franchise owner should renovate the management of this location next!

Stopped in via the Drive Thru for a late lunch for the road: A BK Stacker with Cheddar and Bacon — sans the fries. A tasty afternoon snack! Service was good!
