Terrible. I understand the bar isn’t very high for a fast food place but my god, the manager and the staff are completely stupid. and incredibly rude. And I don’t mean stupid as in not knowing how to count but like taking food off the floor and using it to hand to people out the window. in front of customers! GROSS! And the GUY cleaning the women’s room used a towel to wash the toilet seats and then the sink including the handle! Ugh, never going back! I don’t make a habit of eating at fast food places but I have eaten and a bunch over the years and never have I ever been in one this disgusting. It LOOKS clean from the outside but BEWARE! EATELSEWHERE. I wish I didn’t have to give it ANY stars! GROSSSSS

Every time I go through drive through they always mess up on my order. Either I am over charged, they didn’t give me all the food I paid for, or they didn’t add items I ordered. The order takers at drive through and inside can barely speak English. When I catch them messing up on my orders they get angry and become very rude. Something needs to change at this store or I am going to stop going there for food.

LONGESTLINEEVER, slowest and rudest service & they never have Anything we ask for. We asked for a baked potato, they didn’t have toppings. We asked for a chocolate frosty, they didn’t have it. The drive through line was ridiculously long…(It took over 20 minutes) multiple times. So dissatisfied! They need to improve their service!!!

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They are incredibly slow and the food quality is very often sub par. They really need to overhaul this location.

My coworkers had gone inside to order food. Three employees were working and they waited ten minutes and no one took their order. They thought the drive thru was possibly busy. However, when they left there were no cars in line.

Tried the new item the pretzel bacon double cheeseburger. It was not very good. The«pretzel» roll was dry and had little or no pretzel flavor. The roll was too hard for my taste, I prefer a softer bun for my hamburgers. The sandwich itself was also very dry and not to my liking. I still greatly prefer McDonalds for a quick fast food fix.

I will sometimes stop at the Wendy’s on South Willow Street location out of convenience. I have no issues with the food here and it is what I would expect at any Wendy’s I visit. Wendy’s has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants for many years. I enjoy their chili, frostys, chicken salads, baked potatoes, go wraps, and grilled chicken sandwiches. However, this location has very very slow service compared to other locations in NH. On my last visit, it took about 17 minutes to receive my food order(grilled chicken sandwich, large fries, small chili, and large Diet Coke) and the place was not busy, which is definitely not acceptable turn around time. The staff as a whole seems to have trouble working together and I’ve also seen orders get messed up here(drive thru customers walking in because items were missing or the sandwich was not made correctly). Recently, the customer before me was waiting for two cheeseburgers for a very long time and he finally gave up and walked out of the building with frustration. QUICKNOTE: «You’d think that just working at a Wendy’s restaurant would be difficult for Ronald MacDonald.” — Associated Press This Wendy’s location made national news in 2005 because there was an ex Wendy’s employee named Ronald MacDonald who stole money from the safe here. The manager did catch the«Hamburglar.» I was LMAO when I read this story back in 2005 and I actually clipped this story from the newspaper and posted it in my office.

I love Wendy’s. I find their food to be much better in comparison when it comes to McDonald’s or Burger King. So when I get hungry whilst I’m out and about, I’ll hit up a Wendy’s. My experience tonight was horrible. I don’t know what it is about this place, but I have never received such awful service at any other Wendy’s. The problems began when I pulled up to the drive through window. As I pulled up I asked the gentleman for just one moment so I could make sure I knew what I was getting.(I was also buying for several others at home). Immediately I got a huge *sigh* followed by an unhappy«okay». As though my needed one minute was the worst part of his day. As I placed my order, every selection I made was followed by a «yep», «mhm», «is that all?», and of course, more *sighs*. He was completely impatient(By the way, this was the shift manager for the evening). After placing my order, I sat at the window for a good 5 minutes while he was milling about inside. When we finally decided to accept my cash, he greeted me with an abrupt«$ 17.25». No «hello», no «hi», nothing. Just«$ 17.25». Then he returned my card and I waited for the food. And waited… and waited… and waited. After another good 10 minute wait, I had a bag shoved in my face and he disappeared back behind his glass and took some more orders. Now the topping was placed on the cake was when I got home. My two chili’s were ice cold, my nuggets also cold and rubbery. My french fries felt and tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day and were extremely soggy. And finally, my «Son of Baconator», my pride and joy, was poorly wrapped and tossed into the bag, sitting in a pile of fries. .I’ve never gone to a Wendy’s and received such horrible, horrible service. The Wendy’s that I usually go to greets me warmly, keeps my food hot and fresh, and always treats me with respect. Tomorrow morning I’m making a phone call to their general manager and I’m giving them a piece of my mind.

These days it’s hard to give a fast food joint a good rating but my experience here was below what is acceptable. It took a while to get my order in and when he rang me out he over charged me about 30%. The dining room was not busy at all, but it was evident that no one was periodically wiping down the tables. I will credit them that the burger I had was definitely better than the equivalent at BK or MickyD’s. But service, ability, and cleanliness were subpar.

I don’t get it. By day this place is a pretty good Wendy’s with a nice fellow who will give you a free water. Later at night though the quality drops below what acceptable would be in late night drive thru food. That means the food is absolutely horrible. And I’m not saying it’s horrible ten minutes before they close, I’m saying it’s this way two to three hours before they close. Either their frying oil hasn’t been filtered properly or it hasn’t been changed anywhere near when it should be, and I wonder how long these fries and nuggets have been sitting around. At my last visit I think this place trumped McDonald’s on Brown Ave. for shit food which is pathetic. When people are disappointed in a restaurant you will often see them describe something as unedible. In your heart when you read those reviews though you know they’re being really dramatic to lay it on thick. I make no exaggeration– the late night drive thru food at this Wendy’s will burn your throat as you swallow it. Once it’s in your stomach you will rue the day you ever started eating fast food. The toxic oil taste is so disgusting you’ll want to throw what you ordered in the face of the person who served it to you. You could eat a lot better in a prison. Remember that fire in the hole prank on TV that drew controversy? The one where people chuck a full cup of soda at the person in the drive thru window and yell, «FIREINTHEHOLE!» Why doesn’t anybody do that here?
