Manager is super helpful! I am pregnant and cannot eat deli meats, and I was unsure if the turkey on one the sandwiches was deli slices or carved and the cashier said it was carved, when I got the sandwich it was deli meat. I brought it upfront and the manager not only suggested I get it with the carved turkey, but he told the food prep station to finish my order before anyone elses. He seemed genuinely apologetic.

I came here at 6:20am and everyone here doesn’t speak English. The lady couldn’t even take my order right. They made me wait forever and said we are busy three times. My very first unpleasant moment at Panera. Dont think I would want to come back here

I order rapid pick-up at least once, sometimes twice a week. I LOVE the bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup. However, I’m disappointed to say I have to double check my order and at least 75% of the time it’s wrong or something is missing. That’s disappointing considering the receipts say accuracy matters. I order online so there’s no way it’s a miscommunication at the register, everything is listed correctly on my receipt, it’s just carelessness on the staffs account.

I always go to this location when I want bagels for breakfast or a You Pick 2 combo with half sandwich and soup/salad for lunch. Panera definitely has the best broccoli and cheese soup around! Prices are reasonable and you can get free refills on coffee and soft drinks. Sign up for their rewards card and save after multiple visits. The staff here is always courteous and never rush you to make your order. I also come here to get work done on my laptop since they have free wi-fi :)

All Panera’s are pretty much the same like a lot of the other customer feed back I think the staff could be a little more professional. But the order came out on time and correct. I would likely go back.

Of all the Paneras I have been to, this one usually leaves me scratching my head. Constantly I have gone to get my food and all I hear is «we’ve run out of bread bowls.» Well I have had times where they gave me the wrong thing(they fixed it, but it sucked because I was sick and had to go back…) I hate leaving a low score like this, because the people are so nice there.

I just left this Panera and logged into my account just to say that they have the nicest Manager I have ever seen/met. At least I think he was the Manager(light blue button up shirt unlike all the other employees, about 5’10). I wish I had paid attention to his name tag! This guy’s seriously worth his weight in gold and needs a promotion! I’ve never felt so welcome even at a 5 star restaurant! He had such great manners, a contagous smile(seriously I am happier after meeting this guy) and you could tell he was just happy and loved his job.

I’ve been to better Panera Breads, but this one is OK. I think the order line is a bit awkward. If you order to go check your bag before you leave. They left something out of my order.

Located in Westgate shopping center, this is a nice clean place to get lunch or coffee. They have a decent breakfast selection, too. The food is consistently good. My only criticism is I wish they had a bigger dinner and pasta selection. The pasta dishes I have had here are small portions and really nothing special. They ought to take a hard look at Corner Baker’s menu.

I am so over this place. I do love their menu and options. When they are actually available. I ordered my usually breakfast, Steel cut oatmeal wit strawberries and pecans, and at 9:30am on a Sunday morning they are out of oatmeal. Say what? Ok so I change my order and was going to redeem a free breakfast sandwich that I have on my reward card. Hold up… the My Panera card system is down. Fantastic, anymore good news. Well yes there is more«good» news. We are now out of hazelnut coffee. Seriously? This is what you people do. Serve food. Please you need to improve your service. I am giving you on more chance. This happens way too often!

Good place for soup, but not really anything else. came in and got the tomato soup and a Cesar salad. The soup was great, the salad. not so much. My husband got a turkey, tomato, and mozzarella sandwich and said he liked it. We’ll probably be back since it’s right down the street, but mostly out of convience.

I just discovered this location seems ok not as nice as others. But the order line with the registers is awkward with a wall behind you. I got the roast beef sandwich this trip on asiago bread a signature sandwich which was ok. I really wanted to try the soup or salad but I was rushed to order. I like Panera’s for their seating, wifi and coffee and teas available. Some are better than others which is true for most chains. This location a rate 3 stars on account of the order line.

Typical Panera. Soups and sandwiches(made to order), cookies and pastries, smoothies, coffee, etc. 99% of the time service is friendly, fast with a smile. Watch the register, sometimes(depending on who is working and time of night), you may get overcharged.

Tried the Turkey Artichoke Panini for the first time today. The description sounded very good but it was still hard for me to order this because I love the Sierra Turkey sandwich especially the cheese bread. As usual the restaurant was crowded but I still received my sandwich and chips in under 5 minutes. The chips were wrong because I asked for baked but received the Panera brand non baked. The sandwich was good but I still prefer the Sierra Turkey. There was a generous amount of artichoke spread but the sandwich was lacking in turkey. The generous amount of artichoke spread made the sandwich a bit messy and made the bottom of the bread soggy. The only complaint I have about Panera is that they do not allow you or complain about making ANY modification to their panini sandwiches, this includes leaving off mayo, dressing, or vegetable. The Turkey Artichoke comes in third overall favorite at Panera. #1 Sierra Turkey. #2 Frontega Chicken. #3 is Turkey Artichoke.

Panera is decent… always has been, but this location, I’m afraid, is a no-go. This location is down the street from my office so it’s convenient, but from now on, I’m only going to be going for bagels and pastries… no real food. I went this morning to grab a bagel and decided to get their poppy seed/strawberry salad(the entire thing only has 280 calories, and they have it every summer, it’s awesome) and hang on to it for lunch. The salad is supposed to have chicken, lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, pineapple, mandarin oranges and the dressing. Tell me why I found a lemon seed, a couple of corn kernels, and some other inanimate mysterious(and gross) looking something. Aside from that, one of my lettuce leafs was moldy. That’s just dirty and disgusting. To further leave a bad taste(no pun intended, well, maybe a little pun intended) in my mouth, the woman that made it was one of the supervisors/assistant managers. If they’re not careful enough to check out ingredients in the morning, their employees won’t be either. Basically, I’m sticking to things that can’t really go wrong — bagels, drinks, etc — from now on. I’d stay away from the food they«prepare» there… doesn’t look like they’re very clean or cautious.

Went here recently for a late lunch. Wife and I each ordered a lunch combo, which is 1) salad or sandwich; 2) cup of soup, and 3) fruit/apple or chips. They messed up my wife’s order and instead of a salad, she got a sandwich, but we brought this to their attention and they corrected it immediately. Everything is fresh and tasty. Would return. When you consider spending $ 12 – 15 for two«value meals» at McD or BK, you can bump it up a few bucks and eat much healthier here.

Busy location that is kind of small. I wish it were bigger. The food is decent, but I never understood the fascination with Panera. I feel like I’m eating an appetizer. Go here for a light lunch. I usually get half chicken salad, and half roast beef sandwich. it’s a bit pricey for a small salad, sandwich though… that is. compared to other fast food type chains(maybe Panera isnt really a fast food chain. but you get my point)

This is a very clean location that is ALWAYS busy, though the strip mall it’s in is questionable. Also, the people who take orders are very friendly(albeit one or two of them is a little slow) and the food comes out fast. Definitely recommended over the Panera in Gainesville, though it’s a little on the small side.
