Chick-fil-A at Bristow

I go to this restaurant at least once a week! The staff is friendly and helpful. All the moms I know love this Chic-​fil-​a because it’s clean, the kids love it, and you really feel the neighborhood atmosphere. There have been a few mistakes in the drive through, but I won’t count it against them because we are all human.

The Chickfila in Gainesville is 10x better. The service is slow and the staff is below average.

I was not that impressed with this Chick-​Fil-​A. They used to be so good! I recently came here for lunch and right off the bat I was greeted by a cashier with a «Hi! Welcome to CFA! I can care less about you, because I’m only here for my paycheck» attitude! She acted as if she were some «superior» person! I was able to find a table but I noticed that all around the restaurant there were unclean tables, overfilled trash cans, and an almost bare condiments stand! As I was waiting, one thing that irked me, my family, and some customers around was the never-​ending repetition of names called out by the cashiers. It went something like this: (In a loud yelling voice)
«Craig, Craig, Craig, Craig, Are you Craig? No… CRAIG, CRAIG!»
«Melissa, Melissa, Melissa, Melissa, Melissa? Melissa? MELISSA! Melissa!»
«Tod, Tod, Tod…»
You get the idea… The sad part was that this CFA was small! It wasn’t that hard to find the group of people with no food and calling out their names gave no point to the table markers that were given out! The food was ok and as you would expect for the average CFA. It hurts me to give any CFA a bad review, but this place need to step up their game!

While you can almost never go wrong with Chick-​Fil-​a anywhere, this particular location is my least favorite. On my latest visit, the staff seemed inattentive, and service was extremely slow despite it not being the lunch or dinner rush. It’s also not the cleanest location I’ve been to. I would prefer other Chick-​Fil-​a locations.

This location is by far the best that I know of. They are always courteous and prompt while always having great tasting food. They are also the location nearest to us that serves fish sandwiches during Lent: as a Catholic it is often necesssary during Lent to find non-​meat products: the Gainesville location does not serve fish during lent. Everything about this place is great, except that everybody else thinks the same thing so it is always jam-​packed mobbed. But its worth it! And I love it.

I come here because it is the best chicken around. This one was no different than the other Chick-fil-A’s that I’ve eaten at. But the service was phenomenal. The manager was there coaching his employees about friendliness. He was a living example of his teaching. Great guy and a great staff make this the best Chick-​fil-​A I’ve ever been to!

Never had a bad experience there. Always get my order right. They are always busy but everyone is still pleasant. Only downside is the drive thru line can be long and you can get blocked in.

This has to be the slowest Chick-​fil-​A in the world. EVERY time I go here in the morning, it taking longer and longer to get my food. They really need to step up their game! The food is ok but the management is terrible at this location, because I’ve called and complained and nothing gets done about it!
Only gave them 2 stars for quality of the food but this location needs CHICK FIL A to come and re-​train them how operate fast-​food.

Not sure why but this location is all too often a hot mess. Frequent wrong orders and short staffing suggest there’s a top down management problem. The worker bee employees all are doing their best though. If given a choice I’ll always head to the Manassas location where the service is 10x better.

I expected a healthy char-​grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun to be very dry and tasteless. I am happy to report I was very wrong. The chicken sandwich was very moist and had plenty of flavor. (See posted pic) A nice change from their original chicken sandwich. I was a little bit disappointed in the bag of chips because they were so hard, and I was not allowed to use a coupon because it had expired. I stopped looking at expiration dates because I thought all the CFA’s allowed expired coupons. Overall, always a good experience at this CFA.

This Chick-​fil-​a used to be amazing, but now the service is not very good and they are very slow. One of my favorite things about chick-​fil-​a was that they always say my pleasure when you said thank you, not one single person said that to me the last time I went.

Silly, silly, silly me! I came to give them another shot, since it has been awhile that I have been to this drive thru. Should have stuck with my favorite location, Sudley Manor drive. So, yet again after grabbing my goods at the window, I do the quick «did I get robbed» check, mostly checking for my straws. I GOT them, YAY!!! It makes me so happy that I proceed out of the line, but missed that I didn’t get an order of fries, and only 3 nuggets in the kids meal. Really?
Had to pull the left hand turn back into the lot to run back in to grab the missing items. Told the gal this happens every time and I was looked at like I was from another planet and she made am «awwww» noise?

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s the only fast food place I enjoy going in and sitting down. People are always nice, place is always clean and they make you feel like your in a sit down restaurant. Best fast food on this side of town for sure.

Best fast food your gonna get. This location is always super clean and the service is consistently high. They have never gotten an order wrong.
Honestly, just go check it out yourself! It’s MUCH better than the Mcdonalds and Burger kings next to it

Well… this location isn’t bad. It’s just not the best that you can get at the other ones. It’s always busy as the others, but it’s the brand that sustains this. The portions are smaller and the seasoning is spicier or more so on their food. I know that after I ate a Cobb salad, my tummy temp was hot. Why is that?
Other than that, it’s kinda weird getting financial counseling from the drive thru guy. I mean, it’s Christmas and I used a card that’s been busy these past few weeks for the points, so it declined. But, I didn’t expect to be told, «that’s why I use cash.» No problem, I gave the bank card with all my big bucks in it. I wanted to tell him that I’d welcome the day that he moved out of Mom and Pop’s house and had his own mortgage, 3 kids, a dog, cat, and a car that he is paying credit with… it would be MY PLEASURE.

This is a fast food restaurant that feels like a ‘sit down’ restaurant.
Where else can you go and everyone greets with you with ‘hello’ when you walk in the door?
I placed my order and the lady brogut me my food.
She even stopped by my table to bring extra napkins.
This place is clean, easy access and exit, the food quality is exceptional and the service is unmatched for fast food.
I really like their diet-​lemonade made with Splenda too!

Really enjoy chick fil a but this is not my regular chick fil a that I go to but when I do come I have always had great service from forever friendly staff.
The only this is they are too popular because the drive at breakfast and just after is forever busy!
