Absolute worst experience of my life. Placed order, took 23 days before they could tell me it was backordered. Substituted the part I ordered with an inferior radiator. I finally received the desperately needed radiator and much to my surprise it not only isn’t what I ordered but it will not fit my truck. Upon calling radiator express and leaving a voicemail since there ISNOONE who will answer incoming complaints or to assist with returning parts. I received an email from John who would allow me to return the radiator as long as I paid for shipping. Upon finding out that I didn’t receive the radiator that I originally ordered they would not take the«wrong» radiator back in return. So basically, they have my money, I have a worthless piece of junk and there is no recourse and NO, none absolutely zero contact from customer service. Do yourself a favor and head down to the local Napa dealer. I told them my story and they gave me 40% off of the price of the correct new radiator. It’s not worth saving a few bucks with this kind of headache.
