My neighborhood market. The owner and his family are very nice and there is always a great selection of snacks and drinks. But I mainly go here for the subs and pizza by the slice while doing my laundry next door. If you play the lotto, they have keno and from the signs all over the front have had plenty of lucky winners including a million dollar scratcher.

Jamaican Beef Patties, you can get them in the supermarket, or here and they are good.

You can get them here on Coco bread with cheese for $ 2.99 They are heaven on earth.
I will take a picture next time. If you like Jamaican beef patties then by god man try the coco bun…

This is a neighborhood grocery store, and they do pretty good having all the bare necessities available at a fair price.
They used to have bushes, and one of my best friends barfed in them when we were drinking in their parking lot about 12 years ago. They didn’t call the cops or kick us out when we went in to get some chips for the now-​hungry friend. Thanks Dandea!

Dandea’s has really cheap 1% milk, and it always draws in plenty of satisfied customers for the food. The other groceries (peanut butter, bananas, butter, etc…) are pretty high in price, but it’s got a basic array of food staples if you are in a pinch, and the people at the counter are very nice. I go there to buy milk on a weekly basis. 5 stars for the milk and the nice people behind the counter, 2 stars for most of the other grocery prices. There is a $ 10.00 minimum to use credit cards at this time (7⁄2008).
