Rogan’s Shoes

We have purchased most of our shoes from Rogans. It’s nothing fancy but we usually find what we are looking for and get good prices.
Negatives:
I bought a pair of shoes here once that were a piece of crap. They completely fell apart inside but I had worn them a while and the problem was with the company that made them, not Rogans. I cut my losses and got a new pair from a different maker. I no longer remember the name of that shoe.
I once was waited on by someone that clearly did not know what they were doing and they hung around me the entire time I was at the store thinking they were being helpful. I left. I never saw them there again but I always wondered how they ever got hired and it made me think the store was just putting warm bodies in the store out of desperation.
Positives:
Went here this month and received excellent service from a knowledgeable and very helpful woman. She probably cut our shopping time in half. We really enjoyed our shopping experience this day and are glad the store saw fit to hire someone who knows what she is doing. Give her a raise.
We also ordered some shoes that they didn’t have in the size we wanted but had them at another outlet. They arrived quickly as promised and we were called a few days later to find out if we got our shoes and if we were happy with them! Bravo!
Worth checking out if you want to save some cash, they have a lot of nice shoes and their service is currently excellent. If they keep this up they move to 5 stars.
