Worst company I have ever rented from. I lived in two Goldleaf properties while attending UW (nice monopoly they have on off-​campus housing) and I’ve had countless unfavorable experiences with their unpleasant and unprofessional staff.
Maintenance calls were poorly completed, technicians were often late to appointments, and we had repeated problems with our heating system.
The office managers are cold and rude. F-.
