My partner and I went there for the first time with a gift card we had gotten and the nail services were horrible. I would never recommend this salon spa for any nail services! The nail tech I had wasn’t very rude. Claimed she had been doing this for 20+ years I couldn’t tell. Probably the worst nails services I have ever gotten in my life. I have gotten hundreds of nail services in my life. She couldn’t even file a straight line to save her life, also there were no cuticle care done. The mani and pedi lasted about 30 – 35 mins. Felt very very rushed when the nail tech just went up to the front desk to gossip. Even more so she was hanging out at the desk the whole time of our check out.

I called to make appointments with their Spa section. I was told that the Assistant Manger had to handle appointments for over 2 people(I had 3 total). I thought this was odd; however, it is not my business so who am I to tell them it is horrible customer service. I left my name and number then heard absolutely nothing back. I called again, this time speaking to different person and they said I was misinformed. She could help me out. So I told her what we were looking for only to find out, the services I wanted were no longer available because they were booked. Well Thank you, Thank you very much for wasting my time. I would suggest that if you attempt to go to this place, you make sure everything is done while you are on the phone. Then I would call back to double check it was completed. Plus on the day of your appointment, I would call again to make sure you are still on the schedule. A great deal of work and truly not worth it in my opinion.

I have been going to this salon for about a year now. The last couple of times I’ve been, my stylist has pawned me off for apprentice practice while she double books herself in her one night/week workday. Since someone who doesn’t have much practice is doing my hair, it takes 3x as long and I’ve been there for 2.5−3 hrs. instead of the original 1.5 hrs. it took my stylist to do the cut and color before she was overbooking. I scheduled an appointment months ago and the salon called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appt to see if I could come in later. I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I called back, I told them I would be finding another salon. They called me back and miraculously my stylist was available at my original appt. time, but I will be finding someone who values me as a customer.

Today I had a spa pedicure with Patti; I have had them with her before and have to say, she gives me the best pedicure I ever had!!! She is awesome! She takes her time, does a fantastic job, my pedi lasts for a couple months, and I leave feeling truly pampered-Thank you Patti!!!

Way overpriced! Stylist was judgmental and went crazy with the highlights. Stylist didn’t understand what it meant by no brassy highlights and cooler tones. Dried my hair out even though I told her I was trying to stay on the cautious side. Pushed new«conditioning» highlights for extra money which made no difference, in fact, made hair worse due to extreme unwanted highlighting. Manager of salon made no attempt to redeem experience since I refused to go back. Could have offer at least half of my money back since total cost was over $ 200. Highlights looks orange and cheap. Had to purchase boxed dye to fix. Manager/owner washed her hands with the issue since I didn’t have a picture and dyed my hair for immediate fix. Beware of overpriced, stuck up, and judgmental stylists!

Came in for a blow out today and was so disappointed in the results. The stylist was very nice but work was not. The back of my hair was still wet and when I asked her to use the flat iron, she told me she did not have time! Won’t be back !!! Owner just contacted me and was very apologetic about my experience. She was very kind and understood why I was upset. More business owners need to be more like her. Thank you for your phone call

Love this salon, great customer service and services! I had a massage which was great, and I have my hair colored and cut every 6 weeks. Definitely recommend this salon!

This salon really goes the extra mile to ensure relaxation. I received a package for Christmas that included a 30 minute massage, 30 minute facial, and express manicure and pedicure. Massages are always good –I had to tell the lady to use more pressure and she did and it was even better! The facial was probably the best part. The girl was really nice and took her time. She also did an extraction which consists of them taking this little tool to remove noticeable blemishes. Bonus! Then she assessed the condition of my skin, asked what products I used, and basically told me when to use what. I thought that was great as I’ve always been careful with the skin on my face and appreciate the advice. Manicure and pedicure were pretty basic. Love the pedicure but the polish on my nails didn’t lay right so they looked smudgy. The location of this spa is not near me but I would definitely go back for a facial when I have time.
