I would not recommend these guys to anyone, do not go to this place, I called them on the phone about fixing my wife’s flat screen TV and they said to bring it in so my wife took it in, I talked with them two or three times and they claimed they were trying a couple of different things and ordered parts, I never heard from them again, they stopped answering the phone and never returned my calls even after I left message after message on there machine asking to please let me pick up the tv but they never returned my calls and I never got my tv back, beware of these crooks

It was right before Thanksgiving and my home computer was struck with a virus. I couldn’t afford to go over the holiday weekend without my it. Rockford PC was recommended to me by a friend. After contacting them and explaining my situation they said they could help me and get it done before they closed for the holiday.
I dropped off my lap top right after they opened on Wednesday and true to their word they called back saying I would be able to pick it up same day. I thought the price they charged was reasonable. They were very professional and thorough with their work. I haven’t had an issue with my computer since.
I should warn you that finding them can be difficult. They are located into an old check loan building right on Riverside, but the sign for the previous company is still up. You have to look at the windows on the store to see their signs, and the entrance is on the west side of the building towards the back.
