I had an appt at 1 30 got here before that since I was told by staff to arrive earlier and is 3 30 and still waiting! Poorly run,

poor client service! I came in 145pm, signed in and waited for a long time then I noticed people who came in after me being helped so I go up to the desk and tell them that Ive been waiting for an hour (it was a few mins to 3pm) they finally asked for my drivers license and have me sign papers!!! they could have done that while I waited! they called me into the room at 345pm and I was done at 4pm!
