I don’t really like pizza too much(with the exception of any Hawaiian pizza) and I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to get one. But if you have the choice to put ANYTHING you want on it? Then by all means I’ll go! MOD pizza has a lot of variations, toppings and sauces. And the staff are very friendly! They’ll guide you step by step if it’s your first time. I always get my BBQ pizza with a whole lot of toppings(pineapples, roasted garlic, basil, bacon, chicken, mushrooms just to name a few) and it’s pretty fast too! And oh, their Carlamelized Pear Tea is to die for! I come here at least once a week or two. And I’ll keep coming here!

This was my first venture into MOD, on the recommendation of my brother, who stated that«I go to this place probably more than I should.» We went as a family group of five, and were fortunate that it wasn’t too busy when we arrived, although it became so soon after. My first suggestion is to take your time getting oriented BEFORE you get into the line up. There is a learning curve, and we learned the hard way that speed is of the essence. The staff is friendly(for the most part) but they clearly don’t want you dilly-dallying and gumming up the assembly line. I’m sure I’m not the first to describe MOD as sort of Subway-like pizza. The basic concept is that you pick a size(6″, 11″, or double 11″) pizza at a set price and then build it however you wish, at no additional cost. Let me say that again… you buy your baseline pizza(I believe it was $ 7.97 for an 11″), and then put as much or as little on it as you want for the same price! They have several pre-set pies to work from, but it truly is up to you. You move along and state your toppings… a little bacon here, some black olives there. But remember the speed thing, so plan your strategy in advance. Drinks are ordered at the end, and here’s where we encountered a bump in the road. As I mentioned, we had five in our group, and there was some miscommunication between the front of our line and the cashier about what we had ordered. The clerk was a tad pushy, and seemed irritated when I fumbled a bit on my beer order. The pizza is quite tasty. Thin crust baked in 3 minutes at 800 degrees. Definitely worth it.

I visited a MOD pizza for the first time here about 3 months ago. I’ve really enjoyed it. I think the best part is the service. Most of the staff remembered my name and each have personally worked hard to ensure my order was good. I find myself finding excuses to go here when I am within. 20 minutes. I live a good distance away in Bellevue but enjoy whenever I can go to Lynnwood.

The food: The pizza is on a thin flattened crust and is sort of like a cracker crust but a little bit thicker and chewier. Hard to explain, you’ll just have to try it. Its decent though, not super outstanding or anything. You can tell the worker to put on any toppings you wish and I love that about this place. The only thing wrong with it is if you put TOO much toppings then the pizza won’t cook right and will be kind of cold in the middle. I learned this one the hard way(eyes bigger than my stomach.) So, follow the pre-made pizza suggestions, and add one or three toppings more at most if you really Really want it. Any more than that and you are asking for a soggy cold centered pizza. With that said, I still recommend trying this place out. Customer service: My bill came out to $ 34 roughly for 3 people: me, girlfriend, and kid and we added sodas and some bread sticks. That’s a reasonable price I believe. I check my account the next day and it is $ 68(btw you should always check your bank account every day! that is just my advice.) Apparently I was double charged. I called corporate or whatever number is on the website and talked to Neil. Very nice guy. Not only did he reverse the charges, he completely deleted them. He is either the store manager for lynnwood, or someone higher up at the corporate office. Either way I want to publicly thank him for helping me out personally! We will be back to MOD pizza one day for sure!

I really enjoy Mod Pizza and have decided I want to eat here all the time. This location is really cute. I like the patio here. Staff is always super friendly. I love that this chain is popping up everywhere providing me with another dining option when on the go. I mostly enjoy the food because I am a picky eater and like the ability to have exactly what I want on my food. Its great how they walk you thru each topping option. They do have preset menu options, but I always opt for the design your own. I also really appreciate that they offer both salad and pizza. I have been getting the huge family salad for myself as I enjoy a large salad with tons of toppings. The pizza is good too. I am glad that they offer daiya cheese for my vegan needs but hope that in the future they will offer a vegan pizza sauce option(I do hear this is being tested in some markets) and some fake meats.

It could have more seating and the breadsticks are not great, too thin. Otherwise it’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The place is clean, inexpensive and soooo GOOD! Our family just went for the first time, we will definitely be back!

The selection is highly customizable, and the employees are always super helpful. We enjoy dining here because they are able to quickly assemble favorites and get them in the oven. I love the thin crust pizza! The garlic bread is awesome, too, so definitely try that!

This was my first time going to Mod Pizza. I like going here more than I like getting pizza from other places. It seems like when you order from another place with a group no one agrees on all the topping or we all like different things. I love being able to add as many toppings as I want and it’s all the same price!

I love this place so much! The pizza is great but unfortunately I’m on weight watchers and cannot partake. Instead, I’ve been getting the salad with spinach and honey lime dressing. So freaking good that I’m there for lunch about three times a week. The staff is also really friendly and fast.

This place is awesome. Huge amount of fresh toppings and a great selection of different types to choose from. Salads are wonderful! Great variety iced teas with crushed ice dispenser. But the staff are the reason I keep coming back!

Great pie. Thin crust, similar to Blaze Pizza in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Plenty of fresh toppings to Have it your way. Friendly staff and local tap beer makes this place stand out above the rest. Open only to 10pm on weekends a major fail in my book especially in a state where they are in desperate need of late night munchies establishments. Eat here, you won’t be disappointed!

Quick, personalized pizza. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The flavor of the pizza was fine the crust could use some work. I believe the crusts are made in advance so they’re ready for customers(rather than made on demand). The crust was a little cracker like, well more like flat bread. For a little more you could get a whole Little Caesars pizza and I think the flavor is comparable.

This is a fun little place where you build your own wood fired flat crust pizza. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is fun and friendly. The dinning area is comfortable and they offer some unique drink selections, like, Marion Raspberry Lemonade. Parking is ample.

Don’t order online. Service is not good but… Customer service — excellent. Comped my pizzas and did a reach back coupon Way to turn a one star into a 4 star — thanks.

Driving by this every day, I caved and decided to give this a go last night. The staff are friendly, even after a long day. Pretty good! Prices are decent and doesn’t change regardless of how much toppings you add. Everything is made in front of you, even baked in front of you. Thus you’d have to wait a bit as everything bakes. Real freshness. I was able to add as much or as little as I want. What I love about my pie is that the it’s a thin crust. If I am eating more toppings than crust, sign me up. Also, I had a cookies and crème milk 12 oz shake I would also recommend.

I am changing my review to five stars. I love this place and today the friendly staff made up for the bad service last week. Unlimited toppings to make the pizza more nutritious. Love this place !!
