I made an appointment with this company, Lynnwood Appliance Repair, the technician was supposed to show up between 1−4pm. Around 4:15pm, there was still no technician here. I called, and was transferred to customer service, where they told me that they would call me back in 5 minutes after they found out where their technician was. 45 minutes later, still no call. I call them back and they transfer me again, where there was no answer. Very frustrated, if I had known they weren’t going to show up, I would have cancelled or gone with someone else. A phone call would have been nice to tell me that they weren’t coming, especially since I need the oven repaired in order to prepare meals for my family. Very disappointed!
