Granite Falls, WA
horrible customer service in regards to service/​repair. Technician came out to fix washer. Charged me $ 330. I put a load in and came back in the middle and there was water everywhere. 3 phone calls and two dropped calls later to try to get him to come back and still no call back from them. One idiot there even had the gall to tell me to «remember to answer my phone» when they called back. Moron
