We went for a late night run ’cause we craved some food we were charged right and left for little things and got none of it. Whatever, it is only fast food, so you can’t expect much. No biggie, the most distasteful part was that all the ladies working stood there and talked poorly about another guy that worked at the location and how horrible his stalking skills were. And then they apologized for the long wait time(clearly we know why it took so long cause they were all standing around talking trash). It just was unprofessional especially in front of a costumer, but what can you expect from a jack in the box.

It feels like every time we stop here their shake machine is down, which sucks since usually we’re there for the shakes. Burgers are okay, but they take a while to prepare.

Down a star to 2 stars now due to the service the last 3 visits. My parents and one of my doctors are in Mill Creek, so I stop by here sometimes when I’m in the area. I will be skipping coming here in the future because of the service and food issues recently. They have new management, and it shows in a bad way. I was here on Monday and went through the drive thru. I asked for no mayo — hate the stuff. Had to repeat myself four times because the lady working the drive thru couldn’t understand what no mayo meant. The fourth time I was yelling because she said she couldn’t hear me. She then said a Jumbo Jack doesn’t come with mayo anyway. When I got the food, I wasn’t given a receipt so I parked and went inside to get it. Then when I was back in my car, I discovered they put mayo on the burger. The time before this, I asked for the receipt and the manager was working the drive thru. She told me she had given me the receipt already while she held it in her hand. One of the employees pointed that out to her, took it out of her hand, gave it to me and apologized. The manager acted like she had no idea what was going on. Before this, I got a flat soda and old fries. Food: 2 Service: 1

I asked for chicken nuggets and french fries to go. I was in hurry, so I just took my meal and went to work . And then I realized they gave me teriyaki. Seriously, who orders teriyaki in Jack in the box? And the teriyaki not delicious at all…

Pretty good considering it’s fast food. We ordered breakfast at 11AM — so happy they still serve breakfast at 11AM. It took less than 10 minutes to get our food and the server kept apologizing for it taking so long. The order was perfect and it was fresh and hot. I felt bad that the server had to apologize that it took 10 minutes. It’s not made until I order it and 10 minutes to make my order is not bad. :) — Minus 1 star for the quantity/size of food. The items we ordered were much smaller than shown on the menu. We all left still hungry. The prices for what we got were too high or the amount of what we got for what we paid was too low. Either way: I shouldn’t have to order 2 breakfasts per person for the current price. :(

Okay, so they forgot my water and did not give me a receipt, and I had to drive back for the water. But their drive-thru has nice bushes on one side and trees on the other, so it was really nice/relaxing. I am a cheapie, getting that 2-tacos /$ 1 deal. Theirs tasted very fresh. Maybe they have a manager who actually makes sure the friers get cleaned regularly.

I like Jack in the Box due to their varied menu and the fact you can order 24⁄7. Several of the burgers are good and the sides are favorites particularly jalapeño poppers. I also like their breakfast menu. This location has been pretty good. Good on order accuracy at the drive-thru and in the dining room. I sometimes used the ordering kiosk in the dining room and that worked fine. This one is better than average on accuracy, speed, and no other issues !

If you are wanting Jack in the Box, seriously, go to a different location. Went in at lunch time and there was no one in the lobby. Had to shout twice to get someone to come to the counter, and when he did he was irritated at best. I ordered for my son and I, and we sat down to wait… and wait… and wait! Seriously, there was no one there! I went up to the counter and asked to at least get my son’s drink, and was shrugged off. I asked the next person who wandered by, and she sort of slammed the juice on the counter. When our food finally was prepared, we ate and got out fast. I just wanted some cheap tacos, but I’d rather just go hungry than deal with that nonsense!

Always been a late night spot for some greasy foods. Don’t expect much from this fast food spot that’s open 24÷7… even on major holidays! We’ve come here on a black friday morning/Thanksgiving late night… poor guys.

This Jack in the Box has been my weekly stop for my breakfast gut bomb for the last year. They have been consistently SLOW(7 minutes to make a breakfast burrito with no other customers), but they are the closest one to my house. Anyway, I thought I should review this Jack after my experience this morning. I pull up to the drive thru as I normally do at the normal time. They had wet floor signs to block the entrance to the drive thru, so I parked and walked into the open lobby. There was nobody at the counter, but one of the kitchen staff stared at me and yelled in Spanish thst there was somebody waiting. Another person came out with an annoyed look on his face and told me the lobby is not open and that I need to go to the drive thru. I told him there were signs blocking the drive thru and he simply turned away and walked away. Ok I worked at McDonalds thru my high school and college years so I don’t expect John Howie Steakhouse service, but you can’t be cold to customers like that. On top of that, this store needs to get their ish together. They blocked their open drive thru but unlocked the doors to their closed lobby, which would be a safety concern too.

I go here alot cause its the closest one by where i live. Their food is decent but hey, its a jack in the box! and the food isnt the problem here but its just that sometimes it takes really long to get my order. other times, its super fast. They also forget sometimes what i asked for. So when i go home, i realize I have the wrong order or they forget little things such as putting in the ranch like they had asked me. Sometimes, the person at the drive thru is nice like the big samoan or hawaiin lady or older blond lady. At least the quality of the food hasnt gotten worse than it could.

Damn it Jack, don’t you know my New Year’s resolution is to cut back on eating Fast food!!! Freaking $ 2.69 for a sandwich, 2 tacos, & a 20oz drink??? Come freaking on man!!! Arrrrrgh!!!
