Thanks mill creek blazing onion, for serving an under cooked all american burger. It was a joy to recieve this in our take out order. Get it together! What a joke.

Had a pretty bummer experience today(my husbands first!). Lamb burger was okay(too much sauce and not exactly warm), mac n cheese was cold and had chunks of unmelted cheese, they were out of fries when we got there so we watched everyone around us get free/extra sides and all we got was a small little handful of lukewarm fries once the delivery arrived. No one checked on us once we were seated and we had to hunt someone down for a box. The servers seemed to be trying, no one was being lazy but it was definitely a fail for us, unfortunately.

Last might we went to have dinner and we waited a good amount time before we saw people who ordered after us receiving their food. A couple near us was saying they messed up their order so I stopped the waitress and mentioned that I think they had our order which was the case. So she asked me what the changes were to our burgers and she went back and had the other people’s order switched to ours. That was a great idea except I asked for no relish and my husband asked for no onions and sure enough a couple bites in we realized they didn’t take note of the changes. We were very disappointed in the overall service. We probably won’t be going back.

Great burgers, drinks and shakes. I come here with Co workers to slack over drinks. I recommend coming with friends or family.

Went here with some family for lunch on a non-busy Saturday and I have to say that it was better than my most recent experience at Red Robin. At RR, we spent $ 75 for a party of 4 and I was just barely so-so with my burger and the fries, which are usually the highlight, sucked; soggy and lukewarm. BOB simply made a burger that was simply cooked better, so this is why I felt compelled to write this up. My burger was cooked perfectly. A little carmelization on the outside, but still juicy meat patty, good bun(not too much bread), not overly sloppy, and the fries were decent. Although the fries were a little sparse in volume, the waitstaff never asked if I wanted anymore, despite it being clear that I had run out before finishing half of my burger. Still, flavors were good and burger was hot off the grill, Overall, IMO, a better value than RR, Super easy to order stuff and the service was pretty quick from ordering to serving. Keep up the good work!

My visit to the mill creek location was so so it was my first time going. It’s like a fast food place but not– very casual though… so you place your order then they give you a number card then you seat yourself, get your drink yourself and they bring the food to you… all burgers come with bottom less fries and you can choose sweet potatoes I guess that was pretty cool but besides that it was just average I mean there is nothing special about this place burger-wise maybe there is something else on the menu worth tasting idk… the only reason I would eat here is if I was craving a gourmet burger and there were no red robins close. Maybe you’ll have better luck with this place than me but as for the service and food on 4−15−16 I was not satisfied

This place has freestyle caffeine free vanilla diet coke — a plus for me, but this was the best thing about my dining experience here. The food is expensive for what you get. Most of what you get is fat! We ordered the onion petals. Unfortunately, I assumed they would be like onion petals I had had before. When they arrived they were huge chunks of onion layers in thick(over cooked in places, raw in others) batter soggy with grease! We used every napkin to try to absorb some of it, and the plate had pools of grease on it. We asked for more napkins, but although our food runner said fine – he never brought them. These were disgusting. The dipping sauce was very spicy. When our burgers arrived, the server had them mixed up– which was easy enough for us to fix. The burgers were very sloppy to eat, with the«juice» soaking the toasted bun — and when it dripped on the plate, you could see it was mostly grease! The lettuce was very«course», and overall the burgers were sort of bland. The fries(the ten or so delivered with our burgers) were covered in some type of BBQ seasoning – which I thought was too«sweet» tasting. Unlimited fries were not a problem — but who really wanted more? I love burgers, and have several favorite burger chains — this will not be one if them. Think they are trying to be too much — a very confusing and extensive menu, a full bar – so just what is this place trying to be? Reminds me of «Jack of all trades, Master of none.» Not good enough for a second chance for me!

Heard about the Blazing Onion through a coworker who told me it had pretty good burgers. And… She was right! Came in about 7:15pm on a Thursday which was relatively slow but nice. Walked up to the cashier and she was kind, polite and very helpful. Gave me a quick breakdown and suggested the ‘Texas Heat’ burger since I like spicy. It was a great burger and the server who brought it out was equally kind and helpful suggesting the sauce best best with my burger. Only con is it’s a little pricey but overall a great experience.

Wow. Here’s a place we won’t be back to. $ 40 for lunch. Service was non existent. Everything was plastic, prefab or self serve. Staff playing around behind the counter, drink beverages too. We get much better at 5 guys. So NOT worth the wait. Bottomless fries? Not Onion rings, burnt $ 12 for a prefab burger, never again. Owner walked by without acknowledging anything. So. So disappointed, since there are so many great places to eat in a mike radius…

Good food. Refused my legally issued temporary enhanced drivers license, which is very irritating. Dude was cool about it though, but unhappy I couldn’t get a brew…

I don’t eat here very often, but I enjoy it every time I do. They do a good burger, and awesome milkshakes! The sweet potato fries can be really hit or miss though.

Went here the Saturday before Easter with my brother-in-law and sister and her two kids for dinner. Had heard about blazon onions from past coworkers and heard it was a really good burger joint but had never visited… When my niece and nephew said they wanted to go then I figured I had to give it a try! Got to the restaurant and I noticed all the good burger choices along with salads soups and chicken options. I decided to go with the bacon bacon bacon cheeseburger with no veggies with a side of fries and Arnold Palmer. We were seated and the first thing I noticed about my Arnold Palmer was that it really didn’t taste good, either It didn’t have enough lemonade or enough ice tea… But it tasted really bland. How can an Arnold Palmer taste bland? Then after about 20 minutes I noticed how hungry I was and asked my brother-in-law«how long does it take for the burgers to be made at this place?» We waited about another five minutes and then our tables food came. I immediately bit into my burger and it tasted good. Nothing really special about it, the bacon was really really good and had three nice thick strips! The fries had a seasoning salt on them which I didn’t care for, but still ate them. What was really good about this place is that you get unlimited baskets of fries with your burgers. Kind of like red Robin. I don’t know how I feel about this place, it’s just like any other burger joint… There’s really nothing spectacular about it that sets it apart from the rest. Was there food good… yes was it horrible… no.

Came in during a busy lunch rush on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was crowded, though there was plenty of outdoor seating. It was a bit chilly so we opted to wait for a table inside. The staff worked hard to turn tables and to address the growing line, so we were seated with a minimal wait, despite the obnoxiously loud and condescending woman in line behind us who kept distracting the staff with her demands. Our food came out quickly. I had the BoB dog, it was tasty, I’d definitely order that again. Kiddos had the mac & cheese and the chicken strips. Mac & cheese was met with approval by my 7 year old, and the chicken strips were pretty good, though they came out blazing hot and slightly burned my son’s mouth. Hubs had the Reuben and was bit disappointed as the sandwich was mostly sauerkraut. This location is by far the best. We will definitely be back.

Its fine. Its not like WOOHOO. but its fine for a burger and beer. Its not like I’m going to go here on purpose. We did because our son likes it, so that’s usually why we end up here.

This is the first and only Blazing Onion I’ve been to, so I can’t speak to the whole brand — just this location. First, I’m okay with the ordering process, however, there are so many menu items it wouldn’t hurt to be able to sit down at a table with a menu to decide what to get. But seriously burgers, mac & cheese, wild game, chicken sandwiches, other entrees… there’s sooooo much. After having worked in restaurants a long time, I know the more items you have on your menu, the more likely you are to need to use pre-made or frozen foods. I really can’t say if Blazing Onion is cutting any corners like that, but I would not be surprised if they did with that big of a menu. Another thing that leads me to say this is that the food is just okay. It’s perfectly fine, but I haven’t been that impressed with the flavor or quality. I was really hoping this would be our go-to burger and beer joint. But I feel like the service is lacking. The last time we went in, there were a bunch of teenage kids working and as each of them got off work they would hang out at the bar to eat or chat. And by «bar» I mean the barstools closest to the registers, not the bar side with the alcohol. We kept putting our«service needed» sign up and they would eventually come by. My SO ordered a second order of fries since he’d ordered«unlimited». He never received them. He also asked for another beer and never got one until he asked twice. I tried to order a second beer during one of the times the server was actually at the table and couldn’t because she ran away. Thankfully we were in no rush and we were feeling especially patient. But had we been in a hurry or still hungry, that would’ve been a real problem.

The first blazon onion I went to was this one. The staff were super helpful and patient with us when it came to ordering and the outside seating was pretty nice. They have a soda machine that allows you to choose from a copious amount of different sodas and drinks. When it comes to burgers this place is pretty good(I’d compare them to the Rams burgers). The selling point here is that they do indeed support local and have some nice microbrews waiting for you at the bar. All in all, pretty chill experience.

I really do not like to leave negative reviews as I am a huge supporter of local independent businesses but this time it is warranted. I visited on Halloween evening at about 6 p.m. and ended up leaving at about 6:45 p.m. when they still did not serve our burgers. It was not too busy. We were second in line waiting to order at the counter when a hostess walked up to us to comment about our wigs then asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar. We said yes so sat at one of the small tables at the bar. She told us we could order at the table instead of ordering at the front counter which we did as it’s supposed to be full service. Well we ordered an American burger for my partner and a Cheeseburger for me yet never received our burgers ! There were 8 people seated at the bar initially including my partner and I then went down to 6 after two customers left. I spent the last month and a half planning to eat one of their scrumptious cheeseburgers with their bottomless fries. I planned this special trip and drove all the way to Mill Creek, maneuvered around a detour blocking traffic from Main Street, AND hunted for parking because their burgers are *that* good. I was so excited that I could *finally* eat one of their burgers after waiting for a month and a half for my one day out of the month to splurge! Unfortunately it seemed like they lost our order and/or forgot about us. I noticed they were working on fulfilling a large takeout order. I noticed brown boxes on the counter being prepared while our order was not. Twenty minutes later my partner asked one of the servers who looked to be a runner to check on our order. Nothing. Instead he came to our table with another person’s order after telling us our order is coming up next LOL Twenty five minutes still no burgers and fries. That is when we got up and left. I told them, «Just cancel our order» and left for Dick’s. One thing I noticed is that on the frontline the gentleman with gray hair was pushing out orders and walked in the dining area to check up on other guests yet we were yet to be served. Both of us wore wigs for Halloween so there is NO way we could be missed yet they totally ignored us LOL I was«wowed» but not in a good way. It was«Wow… where are our burgers?» «Wow… we have been waiting for 25 minutes for our burgers.» «Wow… at this rate it may take them 30 minutes to serve our burgers» so we left. Before I was excited when I thought about«Blazing Onion Burger Company.» Now I am not. I just do not want to go back. It was a disaster and a waste of my time. They serve gourmet burgers for gourmet prices with mediocre service. I gave them one star(down from four stars in 2012) because they served us water that we requested for our beverage. I will not be back.

Huge selection of vegetarian options plus carnivorous. They will special order any combination and make sandwiches, wraps, lettuce wraps, and more. Sides include onion rings, sweet potato fries and more. The desert selection is also huge and tasty if you are a soda pop drinker they have a fancy coca cola dispenser to mix your own special concoction. I love this place!

Let’s just get what I don’t like out of the way. It bugs me that I have to stand in a line to order my food. I just wanna sit down, drink some beer, and have the wait staff come over and take my order. Sure you can sit down, and order a drink… but once you have decided what to eat. You have to get out of your booth and stand in line. With that said, the menu is slammin’ — A number of burgers to satisfy even the pickiest eater — turkey burgers, lamb burgers, even veggie burgers. Burgers come with bottomless fries, you can upgrade your side item to… like…oh say, a bowl of chili, and when you are done eating your chili… you can ask for bottomless fries(that’s right). :) They have televisions around the restaurant, and great appetizers. Perfect for watching your favorite sporting event! After you’ve ordered, you can press a button to have the wait staff get you whatever you need — more fries, more drinks, crayons for the kiddies, whatever. And they are SUPER nice! And the waiter at this location, tried to «fancy» up my Bud Light by adding an umbrella to it. Hah! :) So…4 stars, could have been 5 — but I don’t like standing in line to place my order.
