Luis was extremely helpful in getting us an unlimited 2 lines for $ 100 deal and setting up our phones. My husband had some trouble with his unlocked international phone and Luis was very patient in calling tech support and helping us get the phone’s data working even though there were quite a few people in line behind us. Definitely recommend this store.

For the most part it’s okay. But some of the sales reps, doesn’t really know how to explain things clearly to the customers, and don’t really take time to help out customers. Especially the sales reps lady with red hair she’s was very rude to us and don’t explain thing to us clearly.
