Location: OC Mix. So I was all excited to go check out the yarn on this truck after hearing about it from my meet up group. Unfortunately he customer service was lacking. I had mentioned that I had only heard about them. I was only engaged during my time there to be told about yarn that was 20 percent off. As a first time customer I would have been nice if one of the employees would have told me more about their product/​company.

Awesome! This is the future for getting quality stuff and the expertise to go with it. Even an expert needs help sometimes and the customer service from yarnover truck is both pleasant and knowledgable.

At the Renegade Craft festival, questions regarding items, responses were simply rude and person from the person behind the register in the truck. She was arrogant and cocky.
