Wingstop

The cashier was cooperative while my mother and I figured out our flavors for the 30 piece order. Before we even got our order a customer was complaining about the fries being cold and that they didn’t have enough seasoning on them. She also noted that the other 4 employees were standing around doing nothing. They gave her some fries afterwards and the cashier was giving the customer the evil eye as she handed the order over. When we got our order we didn’t think to look at everything before we left. Bad mistake! Always check before you leave. The fries weren’t fresh, they were soggy, and had little to no seasoning. The wings were chewy and my mom says that means that they are not done. I was disappointed. Never going there again. Vermont is where we usually go.

The food was exceptional, my daughter licked her plate clean. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I highly recommend the fish tacos. Very clean and friendly

I go here quite often and must say it is pretty darn good
they always get the order right and food taste great. customer service is okay.

Took 35+ minutes for call in order. Wasn’t even busy.

I went here to order to order $.60 boneless wing Tuesday and received the worst service ever from this Wingstop. I walk into the establishment and everone was to busy with their heads down to acknowledge any customer. I was up next in line. I ordered 8 boneless wings and paid for it with cash. who can can wings without ranch. So I decided to order a side of ranch which came up to $.98. The cashier with her head down counting my money from the first trasaction told me the total so I handed her $.97.
I saw, this cashier throw the change in the box. So she’s asking me for the change. And so I remind her that I already paid. She Denys it so we are pretty much going back and forth. The employee (9546 AnnMarie) finally decides to give it to me but she has a major attitude about it. me being just couldn’t get away with her serving me food with that attitude. See I can’t trust you at that point. I told her loudly she has bad customer service and needs to learn how to handle customers situations properly. Shes walking around the joint upset. Yelling back to me in front of other customers. I won’t be going back here again

Wing stop is bomb! Love the French fries and the boneless wings. I know its crazy but now and then I like to try the atomic wings with extra atomic sauce.

Hands down the best wing stop I’ve been too the girls were all very helpful and got my order to me fast and hot just how I like it!!!

So far so good, customer service can alway be better, manager shouldn’t be outside chatting away all night.
Food is good and they have accommodated our small changes.
3 Stars for average, but not memorable.

I came to this place to pick up and order. The food was ready as expected but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Damita, the cashier gave me such bad attitude since the moment I walked in. She didn’t welcome us and didn’t say a word to make us feel welcomed. To top it all off our order had a chicken strip missing. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. As a paying customer I should be leaving happy and satisfied but in this case it was the total opposite

employees are too bussy chatting! Customers are waiting for over 20−30minutes for a 10 piece order!

They are nice and clean. This one is a small shop but the food was tasty and hot and fresh.

I tried 2 gliders (1 BBQ, 1 Teriyaki) and a side of seasoned fries (small). The food was ready in about 10 minutes, and was adequately satisfying for a late-​night snack (not that there were many other options nearby open until midnight).
The cashier (Tameka) was nice enough, and the interior of the restaurant was reasonably clean.
Overall the place is alright. To be completely honest, Wing Stop is not really a franchise I tend to deliberately choose to fulfill my dining needs, but this location is conveniently open until midnight, and they provide a viable late-​night snacking alternative to the local McDonald’s and Jack-​in-​the-​Box.

So far so good!!! Been here two times and both times food was ready when I walked in, after ordering over the phone. Workers are very nice and friendly. Interior is clean. Prompt and correct service. Will be returning.

Amazing first experience at this location! I was pleasantly surprised at the promptness and level of customer service I received. Order was fresh and ready when I got there after calling it in. Impressive for a Saturday night. Will definitely return!
