Pizza Hut

Have been a customer for over a year and still continue to order from this location, it’s quick, close to home and they offer great customer service.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star
My food wasn’t cooked throughly
So I went back and got my money back

Okay so my fiancé and I called In to get some food. The guy who answered the phone took our order but the problem I had was he asked for my address 6 – 7 times then said I have to call you back to verify your number then asked for our address again… Very weird.

I always order Pizza Hut online and I always get it, the driver even knows who I am. Not sure why this time the pizza I order online mention it will be here in 30min, it’s been over 50min I called the place, some lady answer. She couldn’t find my order with my name number or address. She got me on hold for like 10min still the same she keeps asking! I told her I have the confirmation # nope she still said no order I got on hold again for another 15 min I guess she put supervisor or manager I don’t care but this guy was so rude and didn’t made sense. First he said I was a new client when I’m not always order I mean always… He still keep saying the same thing right now I can careless but i want my pizza just because I told me kids and they got happy. He said the driver called and the number is a disconnected number, after I’m arguing with him making him understand I’m not a new customer he then mention we haven’t made your order so it will be 30 more mins to 45. Are you kidding me!!! No even an apologize or anything but wait he did mention the damn total of the pizza, he just couldn’t forget to charge me. Are you kidding me! I am just so disappointed this is just poor horrible customer service starting with the lady that answer the phone to the guy that took over. I love Pizza Hut but after this next time I’ll just go to little Caesars pizza!!! Not a happy customer!!!
The only positive thing I do have is the woman driver!!! She was nice and understanding that’s all I needed!!!

I thought this would be a great app to have for ordering my pizza. Instead it turned out to be a nightmare. Mostly in part due to the Pizza Hut I patronize.
I set up an account and ordered a pizza for delivery. All my information in the account is my correct information. I placed an order using the app and was sent a confirmation email, which included all my correct personal information. Delivery time was suppose to be within 45 minutes.
A hour passed, no pizza, so I called the Pizza Hut to see what was the hold up. They canceled my order because for some odd reason they attempted to call me. My phone never ranged. I asked the young lady what number did she call? She was calling the wrong number! An error on her part! Of course I made a fuss and then I ordered another pizza for pick up. Upon arrival the manager there offered me a $ 10 discount on my next order as long as it was within 30 days.
I was told that all I had to do was provide my phone number. We even went so far as to verify my number. A week later I walk in to order a pizza and receive my discount, I was told there was no record of the discount. Of course, that manager wasn’t there.
I requested a number for Pizza Hut corporate to file a formal complaint. I was told there was no such number. Now I have to look it up on the Internet.

This pizza hut is not far from my home so I always pick up. Second time that I have bought a pizza here and it has been half cook (raw in the middle) and I had to go home and put it in the oven. The last pizza was a total soggy mess — dripping liquid. How hard is it to get pizza right when you have been making them for years? I just can’t buy another nasty pizza from a place that takes no pride in their food.
There is basically no parking in their small lot that they share with a liquor store so be prepared to park on the street.

Pizza is ehh.
then again i used to be the cook for a pizza hut so i know what to expect. Lobby area is very tiny, parking is very limited, i ordered a stuffed crust with chicken only and then made me a stuffed crust with mushrooms only. :(Of course i had them remake it but it defeated the purpose of ordering it online to avoid the wait.

Might be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! The pizza is just so dry and taste bad. What a waste of money. Should of just ordered from dominos or papa johns! AVOID THIS PLACE PEOPLE!!!

This will be the last time I will be ordering pizza from here… the last two times i ordered pizza it was horrible even the wings were nasty… how can u go wrong wit wings? I remember when the pizza here was on point and that was about 2yrs ago… Idk if they got rid of the old kitchen cooks but management needs to hire a whole new crew cause the food is a mess and I’m done.

My husband placed an order online and got charged for the pizza and then the store calls to say the don’t have the pizza anymore and that our fund should be back on the card within 3 – 5 days. I feel like the card should of not been charged. I asked the store if they could accommodate to this situation and they said I would have to contact corporate.

It’s Pizza Hut.
I got no gripes.
The fact that its in the same vicinity of a Liquor store knocks off one star.
Knock off another star for people asking for money.
Knock off another star for feeling like you’re about to get shot or run-​over since you’re on the corner.
Knock off another star for accepting EBT.
Oh. And they have 2 chairs for a waiting area.

Worst pizza hut ever… the manager on duty this evening Rene Najarra said he would call back to verify my address and never did… Called back 45 minutes later assuming they processed my order I was wrong. I was told by a female employee that there was no order places under my name… smh pizza hut will never get my business again… I will be contacting the store manager in the morning.
