The girls that work the night shift are rude. I work late and I called for my order at 11:30. It takes me about 25 minutes to get there from my job. I get there right before 12 o’clock and the girls didn’t want to let me in. I was trying to explain that I was there to pick up an order and she kept saying sorry we’re closed and continued mopping the floor. She wouldn’t even let me explain that I was there for a pick up only. What happened to customer service? Especially to a PREGNANT woman! Never again will I step foot into that wingstop.

Wingstop always has good food. I love there wings. When I got to this place after getting lost a bit I did not know what to expect. I hesitated coming here because several of the past reviewers said they got really bad service. I decided to stop by because I was really hungry and I was craving hot wings. When I got to the location I noticed they have some kind of parking booth that you have take a ticket to get in. Fortunately the booth was out of order and I was able to get in with no hassle. The parking lot is small and if you have a large car good luck because the spaces seem to be for compact cars. There is additional parking in the back which was also full. When I was inside Wingstop there was a lot of people ordering and I ordered my food and I was shocked at how quickly I received my food. About 15 minutes. That’s like the quickest I received my food at any Wingstop I’ve been to. Not sure why cause there was many people ordering. I got my wings and then I returned to ask for ketchup and they also gave me some. They had no bad attitudes, and the girl that gave me my food asked if I was sure of my order and asked me to check the bag to make sure everything I ordered was correct. It does seem like the workers there need more motivation. They all looked really young like high school kids. I felt I got good service but what I didn’t like was some of the tables were a bit messy. The table I sat at had some crumbs and lots sauce and ketchup stains. I didn’t see any trash can either. I didn’t like that it was really small and seemed like they didn’t have enough room either. There was a lot of supplies stacked up by the restrooms and kitchen. From Ohio potatoes to styrofoam cups. Another table could have been put in there. Luckily some guys left the table as I was finishing ordering my food. I did like the food a lot and the fries were really good. One highlight is that they give a 10% discount to all USC students, so if you are near LA Trade Tech or USC or the staples center as well you might want to check this place out.

1. GHETTOEMPLOYEES 2. BADSERVICE 3. COLDFOOD I brought my bf here because I had tried the Wing Stop in the Valley which has great services and the wings are always hot when I go pick them up. I placed my order online at 8:52pm pick up time was 9:23pm. Take in mind we live 5 minutes away from this location. Arrived at 9:25, charged and paid for the order at 9:27. we still waited for 30 minutes to get our food and thats because we noticed 3 other orders being pushed out before ours. They were walk in orders. After the 3rd order was served my bf decided to get up and ask for ours. The cashier’s tone was more than upsetting when he asked for my bfs name. At 9:57 we had our food. Just to get home and taste the COLD meal they had obviously forgot about!!! It is really upsetting to walk in to a business that conducts this way. NEVERAGAINCOMINGTOTHISCRAPPYWINGSTOP.

I used to fiend for this stuff back in San Diego. When I moved to LA for school, I was ecstatic to learn this spot is in biking distance from campus. Unfortunately things are a bit different here. The staff are ruder, the wait is longer, and the wings are much greasier. The fries are inconsistent, but on their good days they are one of my favorites, uniquely seasoned to a mixture of cajun and a hint of sugar. I always feel guilty and disgusting after my meal, yet I end up coming back at least once a semi-year for my fix of lemon-pepper wings. My dad thinks they are too sour, but I enjoy them very much(at least for the first 4 wings before my guilty conscience kicks in). Since they are drowned in grease, I usually dap them a few times on my napkin beforehand, although I’m not sure how big of a help this is haha. Original hot is tangy and hot to a good level. These two are what I order when I come here. I would not dare try the atomic.

Since moving to the west coast I haven’t found a wing place that I am in love with. I lived on the West Side for 2 years and now live downtown. Wing Stop is probably the best that I have found thus far. I give it a 4 start based on its competitors but if I had my go to spots from back east it would slide to a 3. WARNING: Their fries are«seasoned.» I typically LOVE seasoning, cajun, etc but theirs includes sugar, which I just can’t get accustomed. I’m already eating unhealthy but they found a way to step it up a notch. My biggest beef is that the fries are always soft, think how Wendy’s fries use to be. I just elect not to roll with this side item, even without the«seasoning.» On to the important part, the wings. They are pretty good. I would recommend asking to get them extra crispy. They have a new Louisiana style which is good, kind of gives it that Popeye’s flavor. I have also had their Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, hot and Teriyaki. I do plan on trying the Cajun next time. Sauce flavors are tasty. I have also had the boneless and the strips. Both are pretty good as well. Boneless may have had a bit too much breading but the strips are made with good breast meat. Their biscuits are blasé. Haven’t tried any other sides. As another reviewer pointed out, parking is a bit of a hassle Not a lot of seating so I do recommend calling your order in. All the ladies working the register have always been super friendly. They have to do your free refills on sodas but make sure to get you when you walk up even if they are also working the register. Kudos to them for customer service. USC gets a 10% discount.

I love wing stop! We ordered a bunch of wings and fries to take back to a friends place. In my opinion, the service was great. I guess a lot of other people did not have a good experience with them. I would recommend the lemon pepper and the original hot wings. I love the fries too! Try going online and look for wing stop coupons. I remember last time I went, we got free fries. :) Parking is a bit of a hassle. There is a very very small lot and the rest is street parking. I would also recommend calling in ahead of time to place your order so you don’t have to wait. I wouldn’t eat there. I don’t remember there being a lot of seats and tables.

The staff is pretty impatient and not too friendly. I grew up with Buffalo Wild Wings, and it’s much more flavorful than WingStop. As a dare for a friend or yourself, try the atomic wings here. They are HOT. Take me seriously about this tidbit.

When this WingStop opened here on Figueroa, i was pretty darn excited because it was a departure of something else than burgers or tacos for a late night snack. What i wasn’t prepared for were the prices or for the wait time i was to encounter. Ah well, chicken isn’t that cheap This location has a fairly ok-sized dining area with some LCD TVs tuned to ESPN for your viewing pleasure. Parking, however, is a difficult venture. Right in front, there are a few spaces but they’re usually taken up quickly(and somehow, most patrons don’t seem to know HOW to park!). If there are no spaces there, you can opt for street parking(again, almost usually always taken up) or there is a larger lot inside the complex Service is on the slow side. Whether it’s WingStop or Kyochon in Koreatown, it seems like 15 minutes is the minimum wait time. Someone tell me please, but i can’t wrap my head around why it should take so long? Friendliness can be a hit or a miss with the counter folk What i do like about this place though are the namesake wings. My particular favourites are the cajun and BBQ. i’ve tried the lemon pepper, but it reminded me of a distinct non-food flavour… i think someone else said it best: lemon detergent. The fries are good too i come here not so often because of the price(almost $ 12 for a 10-wing combo deal) isn’t cheap and the wait isn’t all that great. However, those little wings do taste good…

Let’s start off with the service… it’s not the best and it’s not the worst. but at least put a freakin’ smile on your face! the vibe that the cashier was throwin’ out was soooo negative. she didn’t even smile once. not to me or the next customer in line. it was kinda pissin’ me off but hey, what can i do right? the lemon pepper @ wingstop is great. the original hot and atomic are good too. but i wasn’t really much of a fan of the garlic parmesan. I to-go’ed it and it seriously SERIOUSLY smelled like they crapped in the boxes. stunk up the entire car. And the only reason why i’m giving this place a 3 star is because i like the chicken and not their unwelcome faces.

Serendipitously, my car was acting finnicky and wouldn’t start in the same parking lot as the WingStop. I saw a slew of people waiting in line at this joint for a steady 45 minutes before deciding to go in to see what the craze was all about. I’m already full from a heavy lunch earlier in the day, so I sit at one of the tables alone people watching for another steady 10 minutes. Finally, I made the executive decision to get my grub on(again) and used this as an opportunity for some R&D. Now I’m not a wing queen or anything like that but, from my little experience, I thought they were pretty damn good. The menu is simple. Wings, fries, coleslaw, and sodas. About a dozen wing flavors and a couple of dipping sauces. Mostly, it’s a USC crowd. Prices are fair(I ordered the 10 wing with 2 sauces for under $ 7). Now I know a spot to pick up wings by the dozen for game nights.

So the lemon pepper wings are the best– but not the lemon pepper chicken strips… they could be waaaayyy better! Also, the service kinda sucks. It didn’t make me mad when the cahier girl didn’t say hello & looked at me like she was going to kick my butt, it actually made me mad. Yes, I understand you must be tired, hot, smelly, etc., but dam– please at least smile and say a quick hello! All i wanted was some ranch! :) thanks anyway. SO if you’re looking for a casual-watever place for a quick bite to eat– then here u go.

I’m amazed this place can do business. The chicken is worse than KFC, Churches or El Pollo Loco — all within a few blocks South. Aside from the quality the fare is a cardiologist’s dream. The fries are too soggy from grease, the chicken bland, the service counter poorly organized and seating area too small; all of which causes some tension both with the staff and patrons The last time we ate there — two of my friends got sick although we aren’t sure of the cause; we won’t be returning. For the price, calories and fat — I think there are better alternatives including fasting.

If you’re looking for a quick and casual fix for your wing cravings, this is the place. I only like their Original Spicy, BBQ, and Cajun. The others are just meh. Garlic Parmesan left me feeling a little queasy(and not enough garlic!), Teriyaki is alright but nothing great, Hawaiian left an odd taste in my mouth, Lemon Pepper is bland, and Atomic has a kick, but lacks flavor. Good crispiness, super tasty… all at a decent price. Eight wings has me feeling round and jolly, so when the bf and I order out, we get 25 wings — you do the math ;) Two words of advice: 1. NEVER dine in. It’s so much faster(and easier) to call in your order, pick it up, and dive face-first into your wings at home. Your order is done under 14 minutes every time. 2. Order your wings WET, WET, WET. Sounds dirty, huh? It is. Yummy and dirty.

Ok staff. could be friendlier I love their Cajun flavored wings! Super Delicious a MUST have when dinning in(or out) My sister Ruth and the kids all love the Lemon Pepper they just cant get enough Its a good place to stop by after work or on the wknds. However its fairly small and only has limited amount of sitting. so your either in luck and find an empty table or ur assed out. Either way I love their Cajun Wings =)

I have to say the service was great and parking was not a hassle at all BUT since i had just tried a competitors wings and sauces… i had to downgrade my thoughts on Wing Stop for 4 to 3 stars. The Atomic wings had a kick to them but they were by no mean unbearable

Order time 12:15. Customer to worker ratio: 1:1 NOTE: they normally warn you about the wait time, but they didn’t tell us anything. There should also have been no wait since, again, it was before the lunch rush. 12:30– nothing happens 12:45– we get annoyed and wait at counter 12:45−12:50– people move busily back and forth and avoid eye contact 12:50-we finally get a hold of someone. Us: Where is the order for J____? Worker: I’ll check *checks order tickets/prepared orders *picks up orders *walks back *IGNORESUS *hands order to a person who ordered 15 minutes after us! *Us: attempts to flag worker down again *Worker walks away pointedly ignoring us. Us to someone else: Um.. . did she ever find the order for J_____? *checks order tickets/prepared orders *walks back Worker 2: ummm.. .there is no order ticket for J_____.… Us: !!! UMMM.. . we have been waiting for 50 minutes.. . we are late for class can we just get a refund? Worker 2: Well I have the chicken, what did you order? Us: Can we just get a refund? Worker2: I have the chicken right now. I can get you your order right now what did you order? Us: *confused but repeats order *worker 2 disappears *worker 2 returns with someone else’s order who ordered after us. *worker 2 disappears again *15 minutes later *worker 2 returns with order. It seems that they consistently got the orders for people wrong. The delay today was inexcusable. If they had mentioned, we are backed up on orders, I might have been understanding. But really? 45 minutes for an order placed pre-rush? Misplacing an order ticket? 15 minute to prepare chicken that you already have? That’s just ridiculous! Don’t phone order, they were routinely placing people on hold and forgetting about them. On-line seems safest, but there were a couple instances of them not being able to find the on-line orders too. As much as I like wingstop, I will not be returning for awhile.

I wanted to like this place, I really did I had told my other half I wanted to go here on multiple occasions and just so happened we passed by one prior to attending a concert. Ordered the 10 piece combo(you have the option of regular/boneless wings) that comes with fries and 2 drinks(great for two people). Got the Atomic and Garlic Parmesan as our flavors. First off I love hot, anything and everything hot and spicy with a good flavor. BUT, the Atomic flavor has the hot I want, but no thanks on the flavor(guess its a small sacrifice you have to make in order to have hot, ugh should have read the Unilocal prior I think scanning through someone pointed that out.) The Garlic Parmesan was also mediocre, all the Parmesan was at the bottom of the basket, which meant about 85% of the time I was eating naked unflavored boneless wings. They were crowded, and the establishment is rather small, with a handful of tables inside and no outdoor seating. The food took quite a while to be made as well I would say a good 20 mins for 10 boneless wings. Like I said I wanted to like this place. I love finger foods. Sadly though I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Your typical chicken waaaangs. Get the lemon pepper, everything else is so-so. I’m a bigger fan of Kyochon Chicken. This particular WingStop is nice because even though it’s in downtown LA, it has its own little parking lot… fo’ free. And it’s open ’til midnight 7 days a week! I think they take last orders at 11:45pm according to their signs. Location is small by normal standards, but they have one big table for a big group – haven’t seen those at any other WingStops, so it might be bigger than your typical WingStop. Service is so-so, my wings came out pretty quickly. I’ll come back when I crave lemon pepper chicken wings again. :)

Ohhh, lemon pepper, why do you torment me so? If I go too long without a wing fix, I end up craving this place or Kyochon(depending on what I’ve got a taste for). My friend introduced me to this place, and now I’m hooked. My favorite flavors here are the lemon pepper, the atomic, the original, and the cajun. The bf really likes their Hawaiian wings, but I think they’re too sweet. More often than not, it’s the lemon pepper that calls to me. We went last Sunday for takeout, so we could watch the Olympics at home. Order a family pack, we like the fries(though they could be crunchier) and the veggie sticks that come along. You can even order online and the wings will be ready in about 20 minutes. I don’t particularly care for the potato salad, and I detest cole slaw, but their baked beans are alright. Not mind blowing. We usually order the 35 wing family pack and add more wings if we’re super hungry. No point in getting beans if we don’t really want them. Don’t eat the atomic ones if you can’t handle heat — and they will warn you. If you’re looking for regular buffalo wings, just order the Original. You can always mix and match.
