called and asked for the owner to file a complaint but some lady just picks up and hangs up!!! so yes whoever picks up the phone is the cause of this one star review!!!

Used Westchester Flowers for the first time in May for a corsage and buttonaire for Father daughter prom. $ 22 for both and it was really cute and they used baby roses. Will use again if needed.

My son had two proms to go to. It played out like a half hour sitcom! He ordered the first corsage for a Saturday. On the Friday afternoon before he looks he up from his phone and announces… Her prom is tonight! I was supposed to be at her house a half hour ago! We some how got him dressed and to his date’s house in under an hour. Of course he didn’t have her corsage. Westchester flowers called when he didn’t show up the next day to pick up the corsage as expected. They were so nice when I explained what happened. They offered to give him credit so he can get a small bouquet in addition to the second corsage he ordered for the second prom!

My boyfriend has sent me many arrangements from this florist. Although they do arrive later in the day, they are always fresh and beautiful. The cards are also hand-written which is a nice touch.(Many florists print cards now and it just doesn’t have the same effect.) My coworkers always remark on what gorgeous flowers I receive. You really can tell a difference when quality, fresh flowers are used– they last at least a week and sometimes longer.

I ordered flowers here for my baby’s 1st birthday. It wasn’t a big order, but I like to support local businesses. Probably the most simple request: bubble gum pink and white carnations. The lady called me about an hour before I was supposed to pick up and told me that she had variegated carnations for me. She wasn’t asking if that was still ok, more of a call to let me know. Ummm, it’s going to have to be okay isn’t it? I don’t have any other options! I give 2 stars, for the fact that she called. Overall, this place is way over priced, didn’t get my order right and is next to a seedy bar. I will not go back. Sorry:/

Even though I’m 2 doors away from the location, they delivered my Valentine’s day flowers at 5:00 pm after my boyfriend ordered them 2 weeks for the date asking that they please send them to me before 1pm!

Wonderful service from a nice woman named Angela! It was about 4:00 the day before my boyfriends sisters ucla graduation and I had called about every florist in la to see if they had leis available and if they were available in blue. Every florist was either closed, ran out, or had no blue. When I called here and explained my situation, Angela sounded like she sincerely wanted to help me the whole time and even though they didnt have the leis we needed, we ended up going to Westchester Flowers to just get a regular bouquet of flowers because of how helpful she was. And not only was she helpful but she made a beautiful beautiful arrangement of flowers that I had picked out. Definitely come here for superb service if you need you some flowers and look for Angela!

Before finding Century Flowers I used to go to a Florist on the corner of W. Manchester Ave & La Tiejera Blvd. That florist is now closed and is now a parking lot. I used to dig the employees and the floral arrangements they would create. When they closed their doors I moved to Century Flowers any/all of my floral arrangements. Well on Wednesday(06-05-2013) my girlfriend and I stopped by a Florist located on the corner of W. Manchester Ave & Lincoln Blvd to pick-up flowers for an elderly neighbor of hers. I had never even known prior to stopping by here that a Florist even existed on this corner. If you are familiar with this intersection and neighborhood this florist is located between KFC/Taco Bell & the Liquor Store. This florist is located right next door to Italy’s Little Kitchen. My girlfriend and I parked in the back right on Fordham Road, free parking, no meters and no traffic zooming by at 50⁄60MPH like you have on Lincoln Blvd & W. Manchester Ave. When we walked in the door, I immediately recognized the employee working and creating the floral arrangement to be the same employee who created the works of art at my old Florist which is now a parking lot on the corner of W. Manchester Ave & La Tiejera Blvd. I asked the employee ‘Hey didn’t you used to work at another location, the location that is now a parking lot.’? The employee laughed and said ‘Yes she was.‘ My girlfriend had this floral artist created an amazing Lily creation which turned out perfect. When we completed our transaction the employee allowed us to walk through the store and use the rear exit which dumped out right into the rear parking lot/Fordham Road. When we exited the rear parking lot there was a large group of kids smoking, cursing and raising heck. There is a large High School close by and for that reason and that reason alone is probably why I will not come back here. I try and avoid riffraff at all costs and these kids were nothing but trouble. I do not want to think about did I leave anything in my vehicle that is in plain view when I trying to get flowers. I go to a location in Inglewood for Flowers and never have to worry about who is hanging around my car because they have security at all times. This location needs security. I am glad to see that the employees from the old Florist location found new work and are continuing their passion of creating art in the form of floral arrangements but to me everything boils down to location, location, location and for that reason and that reason only I will not come back here. Side note my girlfriend picked up a corsage here several weeks ago for a Grandmother at a Baby shower. I thought the corsage was beautiful and the new Grandmother loved it and wore it with pride.

Very impressed with their out of the box service. They understand that flower delivery can be a spontaneous/urgent matter and react accordingly. Before I called them I called 4 other places and all could not meet my request in the time frame needed. I’m really happy with them.

Very bad service. I orderd a flowers to be delivered on the 14th for Valentine’s day and paid extra to be delivered by 12pm plus paid extra $ 45 to get the PREMUIM. I called them few times, no answer, then called at 12:20pm they answered and said it’s on the way now. The person who should recevie the flowers leaves at 3pm, I had to let the person know that there is flowers coming so she can wait so they basicly blew up the surprise and arrvied at 3:40pm and on top of all that, I recevied the very basic flowers and not Premuim(Which what I paid for $ 45 extra) and has nothing to do with the picture. I called them once every hour from 3:40pm till 8pm thats when they answered. I explained what happened and their reply was«Oh ok, can you come and get it back to us so we can add more flowers to it and make it premiuim» !!! $ 127 for a very basic boquet which I can get from Ralphs for $ 30! I do not recommend anyone to use this place otherwise you will be embarssed.

Wonderful aesthetics and service! I’ve ordered from them four times and each time the arrangements were beautiful, fresh and well thought-out. The ladies working there are very friendly, have wonderful ideas for bouquets and are happy to work with you. A friend’s mother passed away recently and I went into Westchester Florist to send a condolence bouquet. Angela was amazing — she found a florist in San Francisco who was willing to deliver the flowers later the same day! Yesterday I ordered two arrangements to go up north for arrival today. The florist would not have what I ordered until tomorrow, but Mary at Westchester Florist worked something out with them after calling me, substituting another arrangement(more expensive for same price!) that will be delivered by 6pm today. This is the only florist I will do business with now, even if by phone. They have a website to choose from, and their personal touch cannot be matched by FTD or TeleFlora.
