DOWNHILLLLLLLL … I used to love this restaurant because the food was good, the service was excellent and it was kept clean. Lately, the food quality has gone WAY down. This visit half the food was stale or uncooked including the chocolate for dessert which was served cold with these disquieting pellets in it from not being properly melted. For $ 60 for three people, I expect this place to serve fresh good food with good service which it doesn’t do anymore. I am sad to say that it’s time to find a new buffet.

Nice place if you want to have a good meal. Would not consider this restaurant to be a good place to take your date to, however if you want to have your stomach full this one will definitely work for you. I love to exercise in la fitness upstairs so after the workout there can be no better place than this one to get some good food. More choices is what this place is missing, however everything else is fine.

Discovered this place last month. Took my family there for lunch and everyone enjoyed it very much. Great selection of seafood, bbq, chinese food, and of course my favorite, suchi. You can also choose your own meats and the chefs will grill it for you in just a few minutes. They even have a beer and wine menu that my wife loved. Overall, a great dining experience. Definitely will be coming back!

I have taken the whole family twice in the past 2 months. Both times have been a great experience. My three teenagers love it. Don’t expect a lot of service, it’s packed. The quality of food is great and variety, a must for seafood lovers which I am not and there still is plenty of other foods. The food has been very fresh every time I’ve gone, and I mean everything. Nothing moldy. Sometimes people try their hardest to be pretentious, those are probably the same folks deep down happy with Denny’s or Home Town Buffet.

This is my favourite buffet in LA. It isn’t expensive and they are very clean, tasty food and variety between sushi, Chinese, Japanese, Brazilian, pizza, American and desserts, chocolate fountain and delicious yogurt ice cream. You can also found some coupons walking in walk of fame. I recommend go for dinners!

The food is still good over all, but was disappointed they didn’t refill my orange juice. Not sure if that the policy with all their drinks in any case I chop ½ a star from my review for that reason. The other ½ of star deduction is for their small sushi portions and lack of good rolls available to choose from. Over all an excellent choice if your low money, but your not going to get the best food quality and will get smaller portions. I think its a reasonable trade off for the variety food and the all you can eat buffet you get for a very good price. And though the quality of the food is not the best it is not bad either.

My friend was hungry for a buffet when visiting Hollywood and we came upon this restaurant. The price was $ 22 per person. With a name like Vegas Buffet, I was expecting a very large wide variety buffet. Nope, it was mainly a Chinese buffet with a few extra offerings at a more expensive price. The food was gross, cold, dried out, not friendly staff here, and there was not much good selection of food. The oysters were extremely gross! I love Chinese food, but this place did not deliver. My friend liked it, but I think he was just hungry. I was not satisfied at all with this place. The deserts were a huge let down too. This place should be good Bad Fortune buffet because it was all bad. No Vegas style buffet here. Just pass this one on by! Trust me, it is not worth visiting. Also, this place was very dirty, stinky, and not clean at all. As mentioned, the staff was not friendly at all.

The most important reason why I rated 4stars is the price! Lunch price is very cheap and attractive! Yet, I was a little disappointed with kinds of food, somewhat small!

I’ve been here a few times, and as much as I wanna think that the food is gonna get better with every time, it doesn’t. It’s a safe place to come to when you can’t make up your mind on what to eat, but it’s not my go to place. The fact that it’s so close to my office also doesn’t hurt when I’m tired of my every day options. Periodically i’ll visit there. The best part about this place is the guy who makes the steak fresh right in front of you.

Dirty rug! old moldy food left around for weeks… Will never ever eat there again! Told the host behind the counter on what I saw? «Molded orange» in the sea food bar… But they could care less… They are Just trying to catch the tourist $$ around Hollywood. They should really be shut down.

Great place for the days you just feel like going for a buffet. It’s really a good deal & worth your money. They also have Brazilian bbq section, a chocolate fountain & ready made petite deserts

Great seafood selection — they have sushi, sashimi, crab legs, oysters, lots of your regular Chinese food. Plus a stir fry with chef section and a udon or ramen food section for made to order dishes. $ 19.99 for a Sunday lunch, includes dessert– drinks are extra. Not your typical buffet, my kids would not like. They love the regular stuff like pizza, fettuccini Alfredo aka– hometown: / Good place to come get stuffed — and walk it off on Hollywood blvd! Enjoy!

We came here on a dinner time. I do wonder why it is so slow? The restaurant is big and nice. Also, very clean. Dinner time is only $ 20, which is a fair price for me, but it might consider expensive for other since there are a lot of cheaper buffé places is LA. Plenty of variety food to choose but taste very standard, nothing special. I love the chocolate fountain machine, self serve yogurt machine along with other desserts. Overall, the food quality is worth for what you’re paying for if you is a person that live outside LA.

:) I just came here so I could spend time with my siblings because I live on the out skirts of L.A. I mean… All I really had here was plain white rice and lots of fried octopus. :) Sushi was pretty… ugh…but I should know better. The Brazilian station was a little quiet. It doesn’t take a rocket science to dispense frozen yogurt Into a bowl. But apparently you need to be one because I didn’t get it to work at all. So no yogurt for me. Very Flat chocolate chip cookies but it’s enjoyable. :)

I was pretty excited for this place from the photos. Being that its in Hollywood it might be a good place with good food. Unfortunately its not good, the food was pretty average. The only thing that made it worth while was the oysters, and a little bit of sushi. The parking has a 2 hour validation which was nice. There was one point a homeless guy wondered into the buffet and the host was terrified, going into the smallest position whimpering«please, please please leave, please leave» while she’s pressed up against the wall… Awkward. Expect running into homeless that’s roaming the streets, parking structure and walking to the establishment

Went to this buffet instead of Hometown buffet thinking that it would be so much better… BUT…I was WRONG. We had a large party of 16 people This place was so disappointing! Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I don’t think decent quality food, service, and desserts are too much to ask for if you’re comparing it to a Hometown Buffet. I honestly think the ham, turkey, ribs, etc that they offer at Hometown Buffet is 1000X better than here. Their«Brazilian» section only had sausage links, dried prime rib, and chicken legs…(really tho? really?) Most of their Chinese food looks like the type of quality I can get out here in Chinatown(actually, I would rather have the one in Chinatown for $ 4!!) Especially, if you’re charging more than Hometown Buffet for lunch. Overall quality and feel is —-CHEAP. I’d rather pay $ 20-$ 25 and eat elsewhere. Price doesn’t even compare to the quality. I feel like they should charge at most $ 10 for lunch and that’s pushing it really. A lot of food seems left out for a while and makes me weary to even try their sashimi. I avoiding getting sick. I think it was a good call. Also, it was so stuffy inside!!! SOHOT like, no air circulation! Which also worried me about the«fresh fish» that has been laying out there for a while.*BEWARE!* Service: The waitresses only came by for water once or twice even though we were looking for her. Felt a bit of attitude coming from one of the girls as well. Rude~ Pros: –90 min parking validation(for lunch time) –Decent lunch price –Quick seating Cons: –Bad service –Food quality low –Not a large food selection
