I am very disappointed at this place, If it was not for the guys I would never go here again. First off, I order my sushi in advance and Sue tells me it will be ready in half an hour. I go down to get it and of course she had given it to someone else. I have been ordering for three years and she has done this numerous times and never has the nerve to even apologize for it. Horrible, horrible customer services on her end. I have heard numerous people complain about this. She has no respect for loyal customers. There is another Trimana down the street. The owner is much nicer and cares about his customers.

I’m not going to lie, I work in the Oppenheimer building– if I didn’t, there really wouldn’t be a reason that I would make any kind of journey for sub-par food. There are worse Trimana chain restaurants out there(Like the Encino Location — negative 7 star rating) and this one is one of the better ones. But my rating is solely based on my NUMEROUS visits and overall experience. Don’t get me wrong, Trimana does have some AMAZING items(that I have become slightly addicted to) but overall a handful of poor experiences has me giving this location a 3 star rating. POSITIVES: 1) BREAKFAST! Their wraps are DELICIOUS! You cannot go wrong with any of the breakfast wraps. My go to is the Turkey Avocado Wrap(it comes with eggs and potatoes with salsa and sour cream on the side). That wrap hits the spot every time and is so delish– I even crave it when I am hungover. Another amazing item: Breakfast Quesadilla! I don’t think I need to explain this one. It’s in the items name how amazing it is… it’s a freaking BREAKFASTQUESADILLA! with Salsa and Sour Cream on the side you can forget about anything else! Their breakfast sandwiches are okay. Nothing too awesome, but there was this one lady raving about them(on an English muffin) one morning. She said«You’ll thank me for it!”– i gave it a try and I am NOT thanking her. I would have preferred a bagel. 2) SUSHIFREAKINGWEDNESDAY! Sushi is my favorite food. So having a decent cut of fish on a Wednesday afternoon– is my weekly PICKMEUP! This is something I look forward to regularly. It is a special small menu only on Wednesdays. I think the smaller the menu the better the sushi chef can perfect the item. So for a $ 9-$ 13 roll for a sushi fix– this is perfect! 3) LUNCH Specials: When I cannot decided on what to eat and my lunch break is winding down, I venture down the elevator to Trimana. I grin and bare it and do a GO-TO lunch special. They actually are great VALUE. Your choices can range, but my GO-TOs are half sandwich and fries, a half salad and the chicken teriyaki bowl — each only $ 5.25-$ 5.50. The portions are filling for the price. 4) TWOWORDS:(motha effin’) French Fries!!! Their fries are addicting. I dream about their french fries. McDonald’s wishes they had their secret. On top of it, another two words… JALAPENOKETCHUP! If you haven’t tried it, you HAVETOGOTOTRIMANA&GETSOME. It seriously is the perfect pairing to their french fries. Once you have it, you’ll be hooked. NEGATIVES: There aren’t that many negatives to Trimana, but they few negatives sure do make it count. 1) MENUISTOOLARGE. I believe that when a menu is WAAAY too large, it doesn’t give you the chance to perfect a meal to be memorable. Since they basically make everything, nothing on their menu is really all that great. Pretty much everything is decent, with a few GOLD nuggets on the menu. 2) EXPIREDGOODSINTHEFRIDGE. Trimana is also the quick stop you make before heading up to your floor. There have been numerous times when I have a hankering for a soda or a naked juice and guess what– THEYAREEXPIRED. Almost every single time I’ve went to grab something in the refrigerated section of Trimana it is EXPIRED(aside from a water bottle). They need to spend a moment every week to check expiration dates, because honestly that’s just NASSSSTY. 3) $ 5MINIMUM for Debit/Credit Cards! The year is 2016, majority of people only use their debit/credit cards. This is such an inconvenience because they already overcharge for small minimal items like a bag of chips, candy, a bottle of juice/soda, etc. I think if they removed the minimum they would get MUCHMORESERVICE.

My toddler loves the garden marinara with penne and chicken! She has it for dinner like 3 times a week!

I go to this Trimana daily in the morning to get my protein shake. I love their Berry Frugen shake. By default, they blend it with one whole banana and the quantity is usually a lot more for less price when compared to Jamba juice or nectar’s. I love this place and recommend others to try it out.

Trimana caters to the local working crowd who need a quick cheap lunch. The menu is very basic, mostly salads and sandwiches, but it is everything I would hope for and expect from a cafeteria type restaurant in an office building. The service here is extremely efficient, and Sue, the manager, remembers all her regular customers. The salads are always a safe choice. My favorite is the cobb. The grilled cheese always hits the spot, as does their tuna melt. I love the extra crispy fries and the curly fries, having to choose between the two is always such a difficult decision. They also have basic breakfast choices likes eggs, hash browns and pancakes. It’s probably the cheapest most filling breakfast around and easy to take to-go back to the office. Trimana serves its purpose for the area: dishing out quick, cheap, non-offensive eats to the local workforce, myself included. They even deliver for free if you meet the minimum!

The food variety, prices, and customer service is amazing here! I have ordered various sandwiches, soups, and pastas from here and they were amazing! My whole team comes here! One of whom refused to order from here before until I convinced him to come… and now he goes in more than I do… Especially during breakfast(which he really enjoys). Everyone that works here is very friendly and they work really fast! I am surprised to find that a few of the reviews mentioned that the owner/cashier woman(named Soo) was really rude… she is actually pretty funny and really nice. She remembers faces and gives great recommendations depending on your preferences from previous orders. This is one of my go to spots when I am in the area! Thanks for all the great food and service and the free cookies!

I ordered a few salad and sandwiches and they tasted horrible. Besides the cashier woman(I am not sure if she is the owner) is super rude. I stopped going there after a few visit for these reasons.

Nothing to see or eat here. Move along. Seriously, I made better food than this in my college dorm room with a hot plate and toaster oven. It’s convenience does not make up for it, I would rather sit in my office and not eat all day than eat here again.

A solid sandwich shop. particularly for breakfast sandwiches! Avaliable on bagel, toast or english muffin(I suggest the English muffin) with egg, cheese and your choice of meat. My go-to is the egg, cheese and turkey on an english muffin. The perfect way to start a day or a great sandwich to enjoy anytime. They make it after you order it so it’s always warm with melted cheese that is outstanding. They always make it quick and get you on your way as well which as we all know is very important in the mornings!

It’s my second week of work in this building and was pleased to have found a go-to place for a good bite to eat. Trimana is not only conveniently located at the main lobby floor but the food here is great! They have a good variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. My favorite breakfast item is the Turkey and Avocado breakfast wrap and dark roast coffee. Sometimes I can’t finish the whole wrap for breakfast and it makes for a great lunch as well. Another breakfast I’ve enjoyed is their bagel and cream cheese. What I didn’t particularly enjoy was their oatmeal which I had this morning. They put cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar and butter in their oatmeal; next time, I’ll ask them to hold the butter.(I think it was actually margarine. Not a fan.) If it’s Wednesday, you MUST try their special sushi lunch menu. I’ve only had«Dave’s Roll» which has spicy tuna, yellowtail and cucumber inside. It was freshly made and the ginger was also very good. I paired that with the miso soup which I think was particularly delicious because it had fresh soft tofu inside and not the dehydrated stuff. I’m a sushi lover so I can see myself trying the other rolls here soon. Good thing Sushi is only available on Wednesdays, or else I’d be in trouble. Regarding the service, I think everyone has been specially helpful and nice. They’re quick with taking orders and getting your food to you, which is all you can ask for really. I put 4 out of 5 stars only because I’ve only gone here a handful of times. I’ll try more of their menu and may change my ratings later.

The manager is very responsible and nice. Runs a clean ship and seems to have all orders done on time and promptly. The only issue is that the food isnt the freshest BUT then again it is Trimana so its all about convenience. I love the tuna sandwhich and they have a chef who does fresh sushi on Wednesdays. The 5x kinds of coffee in the morning is great, whatever your in the mood for and costs $ 1.50 a cup. Far more cheaper than Starbucks.

For an office building café, this place is decent. I really enjoy a good breakfast burrito, and if you read my other reviews, you know I’ve tried my fair share of them. The breakfast burritos here are $ 4.85, which is about $ 0.35 more than the average in Westwood, but you definitely get your money’s worth here. It was my first time, so I asked the staff a few questions about my breakfast options, and they were very helpful. I ordered the ham, tomato, and egg breakfast wrap(a/k/a burrito). It was ready within a few minutes, and it was the perfect size. I’m not sure I love that they cut it in half and put it in a tiny box because it wasn’t hot by the time I walked back to my office. I much prefer the use of foil for burritos, but maybe that’s what the extra $ 0.35 is for… The burrito came with ham, egg, tomato, hash browns, and salsa. I really enjoyed the salsa, which is saying a lot. The hash browns were nicely cooked, and they did not overdo it on the eggs. I’ve noticed that many places offering inexpensive breakfast burritos in the area tend to use 3 really fluffy eggs(which are often overcooked), so I’m glad the meat to potato to egg ratio was much better here.

Trimana for a chain isn’t too bad. I think they try their best for good food and they do keep a neat clean kitchen. At first I find the lead guy a bit rude and unprofessional. I received no apology whatsoever when they mess up my first order I made there. And I’ve actually witnessed this a couple of other times the past few years. 3 times in several months by the same guy my order was wrong. I understand mistakes are made, but at least apologies and make some sort of amends. The cook is fast and normally the food will come out quickly, but there are times you’re food will sit until they’re aware it’s ready. People have pointed and asked if that’s their food. This seems to only happen if Sue the owner is away. The cook should shout out it’s ready. This is a high end building with such clientele but I find Trimana to be a step above a cafeteria. I give them 3 stars for okay food. Prices are as expected. It’s a place for convenience. Be weary who handles your food and money at the same time. Go to CVS for your snacks and drinks if you’re buying a lot.

If it is your first time here, try the Turkey & Avocado Breakfast Wrap or Philly Cheesesteak with Chicken. Your order will not take more than five minutes. Regulars tend to be folks that work at the Oppenheimer Tower, so you are probably Unilocaling this restaurant because this is your first week at work. Congrats(and welcome to the place you are going to eat at for half your weekly lunches). This is not a bad thing. The menu can be intimidating at first, but ask your co-workers what they like, too, since Unilocal reviews are not comprehensive. Your co-workers have tried everything on the menu; transient Westwood nomads have not. If you do become a regular, get to know the staff. Sue and the crew will remember your orders when you call in advance, and that’s always a plus when you’re short on time.

Sue is awesome! She knows us(we’re regulars) and always has a smile and a friendly comment. We’re pretty loyal to the salads, the Italian is great and the Cobb is great as well. Baked potatoes are ginormous! Biggest potatoes I’ve ever seen, and the Club/Tuna/Italian sandwich is pretty awesome… and I love their grilled cheese– it’s deelish! Bagels are awesome, and some of the specials from time to time. Best part about this place… they deliver– so when we’re stuck in the conference room, it’s our saving grace!

Let me first start off by saying that Trimana is located on the ground flower of my building and although there are at least 50 eateries in a 3 square mile radius of me I am often compelled to stay in my cave of an office tower and settle for cuisine rivaled only by hospital food out of sheer convenience and a peculiar distaste for crossing Wilshire blvd. The lunch here is very bad, I really can’t in good conscience recommend one item on the lunch menu that I think anyone would remotely enjoy. I guess the fries are okay. The saving grace of Trimana is their breakfast wraps. I usually order the bacon, egg, hash brown, and cheese wrap and douse it in hot sauce. It is great for a hangover as well.
