Their wraps were delicious. After discovering this place this month, I would come in for salad on lunch break. Was rooting for them until I found a hair in my salad. –_–

There was a leak in the building and I saw the owner of this location drying out products in front of the fans so she could continue selling them. When she heard me comment on it she quickly moved the cart to the back. I am done going there that made me sick to my stomach.

I only order breakfast from this place, and it took a while for me to realize their food gives me the squirts. I thought it was something else at first, maybe coffee, maybe something from the night before, maybe stress… I tried to explore all options. Then I started isolating variables… Conclusion, the food gives me a stomachache that can only be resolved by vomiting from my asshole. Sorry for the visual.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would do it… I try not to give a business less than three stars… If it’s nearby I give them another chance… and another and another. Well this business has run out of chances. I took a minute to let them know my toast has been burnt in past visits. Patty the cashier let the cook Benji know about this. I made my way back up to my office and this is what I found… Oh and here it is on my Facebook page… Burnt toast is okay sometimes, just that little fringe of burnt, even the Marmite or Vegemite I put on my toast wouldn’t cover that wretched burnt flavor. As far as the Five Star reviews for this place, take a look at how many reviews they have…

A convenient and tasty stop for my week day lunch breaks. Food is always fresh and their Asian chicken salad is AMAZING. They’ve recently started adding baked goods to their selection and their cakes are just as delicious as well! I got one custom ordered for a friends birthday and got compliments all night.

I’ve definitely noticed an IMPROVEMENT at Trimana in the quality of food and service over the last 2 months.

After My visit to this place, must write something. My visit to this place was pretty good. Their daily special were different from the other Trimana and cleanliness of this place was impressive. Don’t understand why people get personal on something and leave cold comment like that:(should compare other real aweful places from other high rise building…

Food is decent, a little bit of eveything here. Food handling is not so great. My food came out fine, and I didnt get sick, but the cashier handling the food should not ever touch the food. I saw her wipe off a knife to cut an egg over someones salad without first washing her hands, without putting on a glove and the knife wasnt even wiped or cleaned properly. I hope that person didnt get sick. I wont be coming back anytime soon. And I like Trimana, I think its just this one. Gross.

Food is good and conveniently located on the ground floor of our office building at the Wilshire Landmark 1. Staff is friendly and always happy to serve. I highly recommend the Grilled Mahi Mahi during Fresh Fish Friday’s :)

I used to go here daily only due to convenience HOWEVER I had a foreign object in my food one too many times for me to put up with this place any longer. YES! I said foreign object. The last being some sort of stone in my soup. I cracked my crown and that’s not good — NOWISIT??? grrrrrrrrrr If time is of the issue and you work in the building just walk across the street to Tony Maroni’s. Plus the management of Trimana is oh so unpleasant. For photo of my foreign stone please see the photo.

I’ve been holding off(for years) writing this review but today I must as I got a foreign substance in my sandwich. Yuck! I’m not the first one in my office to have this happen to either. I only go here when I am desperate for lunch. Meaning I had to use my lunch hour to go to a doctors appt. or something like that — and today was one of those desperate days. Do not go here expecting anything to go yum over. Over-priced & microwaved blah food. At one time I liked their turkey chili when I was in a pinch, but I think they’ve have forgotten the turkey!!! It used to be a thick, hot, stewy meal on a winter day — now it’s a runny mess! Oh… I could run down the entire menu if I chose to… I used to go here for coffee daily but they run out by 9am and don’t restock any of the flavored carafes. REALLY! It’s only 9am people! The previous owners were so much better. Coffee ALL morning long and a huge variety of Starbucks flavors. First to go was the Kona. This was the beginning of the end for me.(they also had the good turkey chili) Don’t expect to get any service if the owner is manning the counter. She has much more important things to say to whomever she is always talking to on the phone. The phone always overrides the customer standing right in front of her — ALWAYS! Anyway, I have moved on but today’s special surprise in my sandwich set me off. I needed to say what I’ve been holding in and I feel better… :) On the plus side, her counter staff is nice and they do have great pre-made bagels. They skimp on the cream cheese so BYOCC. The Trimana at 11755 Wilshire is much better.

I understand that I am the duke of this place … yet I promise you that it’s only because I work in this building and decided it’d be fun to check in until I reached the top. OTHERTHANTHAT, this place is sooooo not worth it. Food is sloppy and prices are RIDICULOUS for what they give you. It’s like a heated turkey and cheese sandwich is a whopping $ 10(okay, I’m exaggerating … but you get my point). I must say … their chip selections are pretty good. I mean they got bruschetta flavored chips and guacamole flavored chips — not saying that they’re AUTHENTIC tasting, but it’s variety. And we all love variety. Look, I come here when I’m starving and I did not bring any food to eat. And yes, I end up crying a little bit inside when I see how much I’m paying for such mediocre food. :(

Quick and friendly service. The food is definitely OK, but not amazing. Find something you like and stick to it. It’s pretty consistent. The best part is convenience for those who work in the building.

I just went in today to get oatmeal and while I was waiting for them to microwave my order, I observed the female worker in the food prep area sticking her hand in the bin of sliced avocados and then she starting licking her fingers to clean them off. I brought this to the attention of the manager Minnie and the girl said she was just preparing food for herself. Nonetheless she was sticking her unclean hands in the food meant for public consumption. Isn’t that how diseases like hepatitis are spread… not to mention colds and flu??? By the way, my oatmeal was ice cold!

Oh Trimana, you love to prey on the lazy and hungry souls who work in your building. Unfortunately, I am one of them. I usually try to limit my Trimana exposure to once a week — on Thursdays. Thursdays are their standout day because they have a yummy Chicken Tortilla Soup and a pretty good Chicken Quesadilla on that day. Even though today is Monday, I felt extra lazy and found myself at Trimana. I had a Chicken, Bacon, Swiss Ciabatta Melt and it wasn’t bad; but for $ 7.45, I could have gotten a footlong sandwich with a drink at Subway. There’s no reason why anyone who doesn’t work in this building should/would ever go to this Trimana. I’ve been told that the Trimana Grill down the street is better because they cook with a grill instead of a microwave. But the question is, does it really matter? To me, the Trimana brand signifies a certain level of consistent mediocrity. It reminds me to keep my expectations low so I won’t be disappointed. Speaking of being disappointed, make sure you skip their«burger» on Wednesdays or you will surely be disappointed.
