I started training with Lisa about three years ago. We met twice a week for an hour each session. I was hesitant to work with a trainer, because I was so used to putting on headphones and going on the elliptical. I didn’t want someone talking to me and telling me what to do. After working with Lisa, I can’t imagine working out any other way. Lisa exposed me to all different types of workouts. We did HIIT, yoga, pilates, and she even let me choose my own style of workout, depending on my mood! Lisa was so encouraging and pushed me, but in a gentle way. She got me to do «just one more» every time I thought I couldn’t. Lisa always made me feel like I was her best client! Thanks to her, I have abs and the awesome horseshoe muscle in my arms… even a butt shelf, which I didn’t even know I wanted! Along with fitness goals, Lisa also gave great nutrition advice. I could always text or call Lisa to ask her questions. She responded right away and gave great advice and suggestions. Since I have a primarily plant-based diet, Lisa referred me to great articles, books, and recipes. Two years ago, Lisa moved, so our sessions had to stop. I didn’t lose my trainer, I lost my friend too. However, Lisa emailed with me with some great workouts I could do on my own, at home or at the gym. This saved my life as I transitioned back into the fitness world without her. I still call and email her with questions and she still responds right away with her knowledgable answers. I would highly recommend Lisa as a trainer. Not only is she motivating and encouraging, but she really loves helping clients reach their goals. She lives and breathes this stuff! After working with Lisa, you will too!

Lisa was Awesome! She is a great educator, I learned so much from her, and continue to do so, because she continues to make herself available after my program with her. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She made me feel comfortable. I initially started with Lisa for weight loss. I lost weight, but most importantly my rosacea cleared up, my skin started to glow, my energy was so good. I no longer needed coffee to give me energy. Everything felt natural. I felt changes my first week in, it was a euphoric feeling once i realized how good I felt. I used to have trouble sleeping at night. My sleeping patterns were out of order, after working with lisa that went away. I don’t even need an alarm to wake up any more. I use to snooze that thing like 15 times before I actually decided to get up. Have you ever seen pictures of people setting 5 alarms before the actual time they have to get up? crazy right!?. Well that use to be me. I’m happy to say, I sleep great at night, I wake up rested and no longer depend on the alarm. Thanks so much lisa! I started training with Lisa when I graduated from college and wanted to lose some of the excess weight and make working out a bigger part of my life. Lisa was an incredible trainer. She helped me do exercises I never thought I could do. I have always had a weak back and it hurt me to do lots of exercises, but Lisa showed me modifications and made my back stronger. She also helped me train for my first 5K and develop a running schedule. She is a motivating trainer who makes working out fun!
