Lisa is the full package. From nutrition to personal training, she knows how to create a realistic approach to improving your overall lifestyle. Lisa listens to what you like and don’t like as far as food and fitness and takes that into consideration when creating a plan for you. I have worked with Lisa on and off for the last 5 years and I consider her a great overall consultant. She’s shown me a fitness régime that caters towards the areas I want to improve while still taking into account existing or past injuries. Lisa has also really helped me rethink the way eat, placing more emphasis on plant based foods that keep me feeling energized and healthy all year round.

I started my health and fitness journey in June of 2015. In short, I wanted to lose weight and thought I could do it myself, but wasn’t getting the results I wanted especially considering how much I was working out and resisting the«bad» foods. After a few months of struggling, I went to Lisa in desperation. She looked at my food journal and asked me lots of questions– from how I was eating to my general health to what my goals were. She personalized a food plan for me that gave me flexibility but also guidelines that I could easily follow. Since committing to her plan, I’ve lost weight and continued to make healthier decisions. Lisa helped me to deal with the emotions I was having about changing my diet and lifestyle, and that is something that I couldn’t get anywhere else or from an online guide. She encouraged and motivated me the way that I needed, and offered so many resources– recipes, websites, documentaries, just to name a few.
