Boy, if I could give this place a minus, I’d do so as well!!! I’ve been to this beauty shop maybe 5 times. Maybe once a year. Why do I return?! I forget how awful the customer service is!!! The clerks are so bitter!!! They don’t greet you or acknowledge you!!! Not helpful or friendly! But snotty and useless!!! I vow never to return!!! Ugh!!!

i’m not a beauty shop regular. i have one product that needs replacing maybe once every two years. i buy it here when i need it and here’s why:
not busy, fast service, cheap, and a 15% student discount.

I can’t say I’ve purchased many products there. I go for the great aesthetician services provided by Mira, specifically the eyebrow shaping and facials. Mira knows exactly how to shape your brows to enhance your face.
The facials are particularly wonderful. My skin is patchy, so Mira concocts special creams to moisturize the dry spots, sooth the irritated spots, and cleanse the oily spots. My skin feels lovely and smooth and looks vibrant for days afterwards. Highly recommend her.
Yes, parking is a problem. If the two spots behind the store are taken, and there are no spaces on Pico, go one block west on Pico, turn right at the Coffee Bean, and there’s a public lot with meters on the left.

One of the rudest people I have seen in my life. My girlfreind asked me to check if they have something. I went there and the woman working there looked at me as if I am a thief. When I wanted to go out of the store, she asked if I found what I wanted. I replied yes and she asked «what is it?». I had not seen such an… hole sales person before.

Nice place w/​very sweet and helpful workers. I came in for Dermalogica products and the woman mentioned a conditioner that she thought might make my curls look really nice. She said her daughters loved it. I was slightly skeptical, but it really did make my curls look nice. Back to the review… they literally have everything in this store and at reasonable prices. Did I mention the ladies that work there are really nice? No, I mean really nice. Only sucky thing about the place is the parking. However, they will cover the cost (I believe up to one hour) if you park in a pay lot somewhere around there. They also have two spaces in the back alley for parking. Or you can always park for free at the mall and just walk across the street.
