Telzio

I did give them an opportunity and tried out their service and here’s what I think. Each business has different needs. For what I use it for here’s the pluses and minuses:
Plus
1. Unlimited extensions/​users
2. Calling plans that start at $ 1
3. Iphone/​android app
4. Very intuitive and call flow setup
5. Love the capability to record and playback every call
6. Call log and history on website
7. Love the capability of the music on hold.
8. Great customer service
Minus
1. Text messaging is an extra charge or not part of your plan minutes.
2. Text messaging history not available on the website.
3. A plan must be picked for every number. This was a problem for me since I have two business numbers (old and new). There’s no way of combining them in one plan.
4. Extra charges for recharging/​renewing with a credit card or paypal.
I ended up using their service for a little over a month and I ended up switching out due to the extra costs with multiple numbers and lines and text messaging. There’s definitely a lot of pluses with Telzio and I know that they are a gem in the industry right now. They offer something different for us small business owners. I will be watching them closely coz I know they are still continuing to improve and develop their services. There’s even a possibility I may end up switching back once their products begin to fit my needs again.

So glad I found Telzio. I started a family child care business and have had to learn a lot about the business side really fast. I am not tech savvy at all but the people at Telzio made it so easy for me to get my phone system up and running. I even got a professional desk phone! Something I was afraid to setup but customer service had me receiving calls in no time. They walked me through how to setup a greeting for potential families and send them to voice mail and direct calls for parents with children in my care so they can reach me immediately through the free Telzio app on my cell.
