If you like greeting yourself while walking into stores and talking to yourself in front of easily distracted customer service representatives, then you’ll feel right at home here. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, Mom. P. S.–Go to the store on La Brea. The CSRs there are better at pretending like they actually want to work there.

Came in here to add my sister to my T-Mobile account. This place is amazing! Sharon, Yamsi and David were very helpful ! I love great customer service and that’s exactly what you’ll get if you go to this T-Mobile location. As soon as we walked in, we got immediate help! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I came here to ask for help about my Galaxy S4 phone wasn’t able to pick up LTE signal except my friend’s SIM card. Just let you guys know when you come here in this store, everyone is trying assist you but when it comes to troubleshooting phones, everyone’s backing out like scared as hell. I already talked to T-Mobile tech support online before I went to store. The tech said I might need to upgrade my 2002SIM card so I came here and asked every crew, include the Filipina and Korean lady who backed out and they pointed the nervous guy who can help me and took longer for him to come out behind the door. He tried to assist me about my phone problem but he failed to find solution so I suggested him to change my SIM card. What I didn’t like about is he’s trying to rip me off. He said the SIM card cost $ 20. It’s free if I buy worth $ 20 dollars in their store. If they’re trying to rip you off, report them. SIM upgrade is free and I got mine from other T-Mobile store and now I received LTE signal.

Was looking to upgrade to an iPhone six everywhere else ran out, except this one, staff was chill, everything went smoothly until their info swap machine lagged super hard, like I was there for two hours for this thing to swap all my stuff, which at other mobiles it’s only a couple minutes, not this one, two hours wtf

I have never been so pleased with a retail store. I purchased a new phone 3 days ago, and it wound up being defective. Working as much as I do, it was very hard to make it into a tmobile store before they close. I made it in with just 10 minutes before they closed, and was met with a giant mob of people with a similar idea. Still, I was met with warm smiling faces from behind the counter. Having been turned away by another location, my associate Jessica was determined to fix my problem. While troubleshooting a defective phone may have been frustrating, never once did her cheery disposition fade. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This woman absolutely saved me today. I can’t remember the last time I left a store in a better mood than when I came in to complain. You can bet I will be back again to this particular location and t mobile has Jessica to thank for that! Another employee, Albert, who was dealing with a particularly difficult customer request so close to closing, was equally patient and helpful, but to a much less thankful audience. He deserved an epic high five, but I left before he finished up with his customer. T mobile trainers, whatever youre doing, it’s totally working. These people are awesome!!!

Awesome Place. The worker named Phillip K. was very well mannered and polite. I could see that he was trying to help us. I heard bad reviews but other workers there didn’t lose their smile even once and were very nice to other customers and I really loved it.

I go here to pay my bills and upgrade my phone, and the sales reps here are very helpful and give great service to their customers. This store mainly deal with Koreans and Hispanics, so this store has fluent Korean and Hispanic reps. From my experience, they are really patient and try their best to help you understand with the plans and devices. Overall, this store is the best in ktown.
