Yooooo is this even a real Verizon store? I came here a few weeks ago just to get a new iPhone 5s charger and they didn’t have one… like, are you kidding me?! Also, when I walked in the place was a MESS — there were appliances and parts all over the desk, the lights were really low, and it didn’t seem like anything was organized. Honestly it kind of felt like a front/cover for some kind of other sketchy operation… Don’t waste your time!

Hey I’m wondering what this plan is about? Verizon guy: well it’s a plan for you to upgrade your phone… (Proceeds to go back to typing on the computer and minding his own business) Well no shit Sherlock. I can fucking read… Jesus

They only take care of you if you are looking to buy something but once they get your money, they don’t take care of you at all. I bought a new phone 2 months ago but it seemed to have problems with accessing voice mail. I called them to check if they can fix the problem over the phone.(Also, I was in a different state at the time so I couldn’t physically go to the store.) Their response was horrendous. The lady at the store said I should’ve checked that everything was working correctly when I first set it up with them! Excuse me? YOU are the one that set up the phone. Maybe YOU should have checked. So I spoke to another guy and he was giving full attitude as well. Then I ended up talking to the owner/manager and he asked if I wanted him to fly over here and fix the phone! Fast-forward to today, I gave them a visit as soon as I got back to LA since I was so appalled at their customer service. All the workers denied everything and the owner was as rude and demeaning as he was on the phone. They could not fix my problem and there was no apologies what so ever. He left and went to the back saying that he had some meeting to go to. That was my experience with them and needless to say, I and the rest of my family will not be coming back to this branch or any other branches. It’s just sad because I have been going to an All Star Wireless since the Razr phone came out.(Also, I went to a legitimate Verizon store and they offered to exchange my phone for a new one since I still have warranty).

It’s the worst verizon store ever… The stuff are rude and unprofessional. They don’t wanna help. They just wanna get their money from you.

I’ve been shopping around for new wireless service since my service with T-mobile is terrible in ktown LA. When I checked the newspaper, there were over 10 different stores to choose from. After going to a few places to shop for the best price, I decided to go to Sun Telecom. I eat at Hodori rest. a lot and I see their advertisement across the street all the time. This store and the people who work there are different from the places i’ve visited. They actually knew what they were talking about. The rep there was nice, friendly and asked me how i liked my t-mobile service and phone. I did all the talking. that’s quite refreshing, because usually sales reps try to talk too much. Not only that, the store was clean and had a nice odor. A few of the other stores, the carpet was dirty and one rep was watching a youtube video and didn’t even say hi to me. This tells me that sun telecom cares about their customers. the rep was professional looking(had a shirt and tie) and knowledgeable. He recommended a few phones and told me about verizon services. He actually saved me money by going with a higher plan but i would save on the text messages. A sales rep that is looking out for the customer’s best interest? now that’s a change. i would recommend this place to all my friends and co workers because not only did i get a good deal, but their customer service was the best. I feel that choosing a store should come down to customer service and after service support. when i had a issue with my phone at my old place, they would not help me. they told me to go to t-mobile corporate store. sun telecom claims that they have 100% partnership with verizon and would never do that. If you need a cell phone, go to sun telecom. Highly recommended!
