I have never been much of a jam fan. .. . until I tried Dept. of Sweet Diversions jams. I have been converted! I now think that these jams should be their own food group. One of my favorites is the Orange Rosemary. Tonight I’m having the Tomato Jam on a burger. Can’t wait. What I really find unique about this company is they will have customize a flavor for you, as well as creating labels for that flavor. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

I don’t consider myself to be someone who has a sweet tooth in particular, but I know amazing food when I taste it, and this as about as good as it gets. I don’t know where they come up with these flavor combinations, but the people at the Dept. of Sweet Diversions are basically geniuses or mad scientists or something. My personal favorite is the strawberry with grand marnier, but everything I’ve tried from the Dept. is freakin’ amazing. Pick your favorite flavor, and take my recommendation… buy extra (at least in my house, it goes fast ;-).
