Came in as a walk-in. Someone was ready to do my nails right then and there. She took her time doing my nails and I’m extremely happy with them. They came out to be 20 dollars because I get coffin nails a bit long. I am very happy with the outcome.

NEVERAGAIN. THEREIS A REASONITISNEVERBUSY. I would give no star if I could. If your nails are not getting done by the owner, don’t hope for anything decent. Had I known they were going to come out this bad, I would have done them myself. The girl doing my nails kept blotting the polish onto my nails, the end result is an awkward textured nails, it looks like little mountains from the side. Looking at them straight on it looks like i had little craters. When I pointed out that she had missed the sides of my nails, she was audibly very unhappy that i pointed it out. She also ruined the polish on one of my thumbs and both she and the other girl said they didn’t see what I was talking about. The next day I showered and they chipped. The manicure only lasted 1 night. Even $ 15 should by you more than a day’s worth of crappy polish.

Today was my first time here and my experience was great. Susan was so sweet and gave a great gel mani. My only complaint is they didn’t have a wide selection of gel colors :-(I walked in at around 12:30pm, on my lunch break, and was worked on right away… seems weekdays at that time is slow. The price was great, cheapest gel mani around town. Thanks Susan!

My last review was based on their gel manicure that wasn’t done by the owner Suzan. Recently my mom went in for a set of white tip acrylics and really liked the job Suzan did. I only think it’s fair to the business that I put two different opinions. I personally wouldn’t go back for gel, since mine chipped really fast, but I would give it a try again for a set of acrylics. And I would only let Suzan do them.

The ladies are so nice, BUT their work isn’t. I went in to get a gel manicure and Rose did my nails. The gel on my nails is bumpy and uneven. I still tipped her because I saw that she was trying hard, but I’m not going back here for gel nails. Manicure was great though, Rose took her time to clean my nails thoroughly. I’ll definitely go back for a pedicure maybe.

Appointments aren’t needed because they don’t get busy! BUTTT there are limited helpers. Came in on a weekday and there was 1 customer but both workers were assisting her. I decided to come the day afterwards and there was 3 helpers this time. The same 2 from yesterday and a new one! I was assisted by the different worker and she was a sweetheart! about 60 – 70 years old, a little chubby and extremely friendly. I came in for gel nails which was $ 16 and I told her to keep the change from my $ 20. She took her time cleaning my nails and trimmed off all my excess skin. That took 20 mins alone! I’m so glad she took her time. The other two were nice too! A really skinny lady made conversation with me while my nails were drying. She was so energetic for her age! The chubbier lady on the side just kept staring hahahh I overall had a great experience and will definately come back! Cheap prices with friendly workers!

The good: The atmosphere of the salon is chill, rarely busy, has a nice breeze through it, never smells, and the staff is laid-back and nice. They are vietnamese and have some nice buddhist decorations through out the store. Its so relaxing going there. Oh and its really cheap! $ 8 manis, $ 12 gel manis, $ 16 acrylics, if I remember right. I got a mani the first time I went there and it lasted a good week before chipping. The bad: Some of the techs barely speak English and many of the nail polish bottles are almost empty and I didn’t see any OPI or brand name ones. The ugly: I got gel polish the second time I went there and the lady kept sighing because she had such horrible back pain. It was not pleasant and I think she didn’t cure my nails all the way because she was distracted and the UV light timer would go off and she wouldn’t notice. The gel polish chipped within a week. Update: The polish they use is not gel, its just regular nail polish and then they put a top clear coat of gel. How cheap is that? PS: The shop has a big parking lot, though it is pay. And the name of the shop is Su San Nails.
