The night before, Elizabeth took my order for 3 party trays and specifically I ordered tuna sandwiches for my vegetarian friends. I got there at the appointed hour and was asked«what order»? After my break down Sofia went in the back and found my order sheet, she said she can have it ready in 10 minutes. Of course I had to wait 30 minutes, what else was I going to do. When I opened the sandwich trays I discovered no tuna at all. I called, and an hour later they delivered my tuna sandwiches. If you want this kind of stress, go there. The sandwiches were minimal we couldn’t even taste the tuna. Live and Learn

Overcharged me(got avocado but was charged for double meat). Servers were chatting in the back and I spent a good fee minutes for someone to appear in the front– not professional at all. Don’t seem to care at all about their jobs.

WARNING! DON’T GOTHERE. Try WHICHWich instead. That’s what I call a sandwich shop. And business owners KNOCKKNOCKKNOCK(on your head) WAKEUP; NOWADAYS, IT’S ALLABOUTCUSTOMERSERVICE, They even don’t deserve 1 star. I have been in F & B business for more than a decade including Subway management for more than 3 years so I know what I’m talking about. Pros; Nothing. I mean it: NOTHING! no wait when we went in somebody said welcome to Subway! Cons; Everything and I mean it: EVERYTHING. decision break down: — Staff customer service below zero. We went there Sat. June 27 at 7:25 pm — No bread signs for bread choice. — No chess sign for cheese choice — Bread was hard and old(maybe their morning bake) — They didn’t ask what type of sauce would we like so I assumed they’re out of sauces but after a closer look I found out they have got couple of bottles of sauces hidden in tin on the line. — Sandwich artist(Subway employee who was a Hispanic guy in his early 20 with a mustache) was very rude and ignorant If he had worked for me I would fired him with in no time in a his first day. In comparison with WhichWich on the other side of street their sandwich was like a Ford Fiesta to a Cadillac. I won’t recommend this Subway to any friends or family maybe to my enemies ;)

The staff here is very unproffesional including the manager. They seem to have no enthusiam for their job. The second issue i have is all the coments they make when a good looking female walks out the store or passes in front(including manager)

Just like any other subway except this one has a creepy guy that hits on me every time I go in there. so I think I’m gonna have to think of another subway to hit up in the future

Hands down the worst subway i have ever been too The only reason it got a star was because the staff was nice all the veggies looked terrible, the bread was small and over cooked, and i know its hard to switch things around seeing as it it 24hrs but still and i normally dont go to a subway without picking up some cookies but i had to pass on these, they were also small and over cooked much like their bread

Pretty good subway. Problem is couple if the guys font even bother making eye contact with you when making the sub. They just dose off someone where else. And you think they would get used to being busy. Nope, they switch my sub with someone’s else’s and I didn’t want to go bad because they took iftenn minutes for my sandwich.

Minus one star because seating in here is extremely limited and it gets packed during lunch time. That being said, Subway is rad. If you haven’t been to a Subway before(LEGASP), here are the steps to avoiding looking like a moron in line: 1) Choose a sandwich before you get in line. Know what you’re going to get. 2) Choose a bread. You tell them what you chose in step one here. Good boy. 3) Toasted? Do you like your cheese warm and gooey? 4) Choose your toppings. They are not magical; be more decisive. 5) Choose your condiment(mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar, etc.). 6) Make it a meal(+$ 2.25), add a soup, buy a cookie, etc. Pay and leave. I like that the guys behind the counter are friendly and always charge me for a $ 5 meatball sub when I get a pizza sub since it’s not on their menu. Win! Like someone else mentioned, they’re also pretty good about spreading the ingredients across that footlong so you aren’t just eating lettuce and bread on one end. Bonus points: 10% off for 3rd St. employees, parking lot(even though it’s small), open 24/7, and delivery options for lunch(read their restrictions).

This subway tends to be really busy during the lunch hours due to its proximity to the mall and Cedars Sinai. Regardless, their service is always very fast and friendly and everything is fully stocked. I wouldn’t say it’s any better or worse than any other Subway out there as far as food quality/selection — you’re gonna get consistent options no matter where you are. Seating inside is pretty limited and can be a bit awkward if you’re sitting during lunch when there’s a giant line moving along next to you. Seating outside is hit or miss — depends on the weather and how recently the seats were cleaned.

Consistently delivers a economic, healthy lunch option as an alternative to greasy eats. This subway in particular is clean, fast, and employees seem very practiced because it gets a lot of patrons from nearby business and hospital staff. they have spinach and cilantro, but they keep their bins covered with a plastic lid so ask if you dont see it at first. They’re accomidating to special requests, like if you want your bread scooped out for less bread. Once they got my order wrong and they were sorry and let me choose a cookie on the house, which was very nice of them. I almost always find a seat outside on the benches. Cedars Employees get a 10% discount(but not on the monthly $ 5 specials). Open 24⁄7.

Subway which I love. This particular subway is very light on the veggies. I was here months ago and forgot about that when I had a visit there 2 nights ago. I asked for green peppers and I got like 4 strips. It is out of control how little they give you. I will be looking for another subway on my next visit. This is the only subway that gives you a hard time when you ask for a little more. Parking is also horrible for this subway. I’ll be finding another subway

I’ve been here at all hours, all days, open 24⁄7. The sandwiches are consistent, establishment is clean, and staff are all really nice, even at 3am. They have spinach if you ask nicely. It’s a tad bit small and parking is tough, so luckily I live around the corner. They also deliver during the week at lunch!

If you’re in a rush during lunch try and avoid this subway. I give the employees credit they pump out the subs as quick as they can! Considering the fact that the subs are made super quick, they are good about making them the way you want them. So to wrap this up, the food is great customer service is great but there’s a nice line waiting for you as you walk in the door

Super great and lightning fast service. Even when the lines are crazy long, they know what they’re doing here. Staff is competent and you don’t need to spend forever explaining what you want on your sandwich… they GET it, and keep the line moving. Yay! The outdoor patio is nice to eat on, and they keep it pretty clean. I agree with Karina, the parking lot is a pain, and the homeless crazy people situation is there. But unfortunately, everywhere in that neighborhood has the same problem… and as far a Subway goes, this one takes the cake. ps. this location is now open 24hrs.

Great service I agree, but bad parking and not enough indoor seating. I work by this subway and I have to tell you there are always homeless people hanging around this place. Beware the heavyset woman who claims to be pregnant then YELLS at people for not giving her money or buying her a sandwich. The first time I saw her someone agreed to give her their change when they got out. Careful, she’ll ask you sweetly then harass you(yep, happened to me) I am not going back there.
