I love this place, but wow until they do something about a very rude and unprofessional woman who works there, I’m not sure I can go back. I’m not going to say her name, but if you see someone there with her headphones on doing her best to ignore all costumers, then you’ve found her. Life’s too short. I can get a sandwich without horrible attitude somewhere else. I will say, I called when I got home and talked to the manager, Francesca who was very nice and apologetic about said person’s behavior. So, at least there’s hope they can make some chances. Note to our friend with the headphones: When you call someone’s names, make sure the person who picks up the sandwich matches the name you’ve called. Doesn’t seem like I’m asking too much here. Also, and more importantly, if someone snags someone else’s sandwich by mistake, don’t give the person left without a sandwich attitude. I wasn’t mad that someone took my sandwich. I was mad about how this horrible girl handled it. So rude.

Once you understand how to order(by using the large felt-tip pens to check some boxes on the sandwich bag, and taking it to the counter) it’s pretty simple. Fresh, warm, good sandwiches, good milkshakes. The staff was helpful, friendly, PROMPT and professional. Good job, everyone! Thanks, Which Wich!

Consider this your upscale subway sandwich. In the end it is just that! My husband had his wrapped in lettuce and to be honest it looked pretty darn good and HUGE! They were not holding back on the toppings at all. I had the Italian with the olive salad-skip the olive salad if you don’t like salt. The meats + olives was a bad choice on my end. I will definitely come back and try something else though!

I have never seen a worse made French dip sandwich. The roast beef is chopped up like a steak and cheese sandwich which makes it problematic to dip since the meat just falls out into the dip. The au jus was served cold. The roast beef, if that’s what it is, tastes pretty bad. The bread itself is nice and crusty. Quite tasty. However the bread doesn’t save this from being far and away the worst French dip I’ve ever had.

ordered a French Dip with au jus and a Diet Coke. Got the sandwich an 1.5hrs later without the au jus or the Coke! I called and they had no remorse and offered nothing in return. I’ve never written a review till now — so furious! I’ll certainly not go there or order from there again.

This location has a lot of trouble making sandwiches. They constantly make poor sandwiches and make errors on my orders. It is obvious to me that the people working here don’t care about there job. The prices are to high for the absolute lack of quality put into the preparation. Do yourself a favor and eat next-door at Baja Fresh.

Bad service but overall clean. Ruined my order and my friends ended up taking 30 min when no one was even in the store for two sandwiches.

4 stars is very generous. It can be a little pricey for what it is(fast food, no atmosphere) but it’s still ever so slightly better than Subway. Better food and ordering system with custom making your jam with lots of base options and add ons and no real set menu. The curb appeal really needs work as it took me about a year to even attempt to walk inside this local spot that I always thought was closed. The inside is not nice at all and needs to be done better on a corporate structuring level. I don’t want to stay and eat there ever but I have due to hunger. I’ll likely go back often but I won’t like it as much as I wish I could. Meanwhile, since I know exactly what to expect, I’ll also be going to subway just as often and being equally satisfied and probably spend less. Which which still has pulled pork so they win. To sum up this place in two words: Yum. Meh.

Need options? Well, you’ve found the right place. Customize your ‘which in probably a thousand ways. Challenge your pickiest of friends to a ‘which test! Getting to YOUR fave combos of condiments, meats and/or veggies, cheeses or not, and bread would be an awesome invitation for most. My first time here I put together quite the yummy combo that included some pickles, peppers, and olives. The philly special wasn’t bad except the bread was a bit soggy since I «carried out». All in all, I won’t ever run out of options or get bored coming to WW. It’s not the cheapest but if you factor in all of the options then you might want to give it try. Parking at this location isn’t the greatest though, especially during the lunch hour.

Which Wich is one of the favorite places to grab a sandwich. Really more 4 stars, I am just not a fan of going out for something I can make at home. Still, the small priced at $ 5.95 is still huge, I love the endless amounts of topping, sauces and spreads they have and the whole concept. You don’t have to interact with anyone and just fill out what you want on the bag, hand it in, pay and a few minutes later they call up your name. I have tried most of the things on the menu, my favorite is the green eggs and ham, sub regular for sliced egg, load up on pretty much all of the toppings and it’s enough for a filling lunch or even two small meals. Service is fine, fast, place is clean, they have a stamp card to get you a free sub after 10 purchases

WHATTHE ‘Which!?? This place is the bomb! I’m literally sitting in here, feeling very satisfied and pleased that I finally decided to sandwich it up here. So much in fact that I felt compelled to straight up review it on the spot. The ordering system with the bags is interesting, but it really makes a lot of sense. The sandwich artists just go off of what you check off on the bag, so there’s no awkward lag time, or repeating of ordering toppings. The guy at the register was very nice and the young woman who called out my name was also sweet and professional. I chose the small buffalo chicken on wheat with lettuce, tomato, red onion and ranch on the side(in case it needed it). First off– the bread is AWESOME. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The chicken was tender and moist and very well saturated with the buffalo sauce. Subway’s version pales in comparison. My husband and I both ordered tap water and no chips so our total for 2 sandwiches was $ 12! Can’t believe it! I really hope they open one of these in the new San Fernando/Los Feliz mixed-use condo development because it’s very close to work.

Which Wich has more variety than about any other sandwich place that you could think of. It tastes way better than the garbage they are peddling at Subway and they offer a variety of sizes. Not as cheap as Subway, but definitely reasonably priced for a lunch place.

I’m not crazy about subs but this place was really good! What made this place five stars for me was the service. The cashier was incredibly friendly. Also very helpful and attentive. He showed me how to order because I was like a lost puppy in there. I think him name was Aloha… That’s what my receipt said, they might be trolling me? Whoever that man was, he rocked! I am now a believer!

I wanted to try Which Wich for a long time. There is one down the street from my house where I live in OC. I came out to see my doctor here in LA and decided to stop for late lunch. I’m so glad I came in here. I ordered the Black Bean Patty on white bread and added avocado, complete with chips and drink. So delicious! The location is convenient and the store is relatively clean. I will be coming back here next time I see my doc and I will definitely start frequenting the location near my house.

I’ve been to Which Wich a few times now(at a few different locations), and I must say it’s definitely my new go-to sandwich place for SoCal(I don’t think it has expanded much further, but I may be wrong). Let me be clear. Starting about two years ago, I was the biggest fan of Subway sandwiches. I wanted nothing more than a lifetime supply of the stuff. Then I researched a little and found out about the crap they put in their sandwiches, and that was the last I heard of Subway. Along came Which Wich, and first and foremost is the sheer variety of options they have for sandwiches. CLEARLY outnumbering Subway by a long shot, Which Wich gives you a number of options for each type of meat(or vege, or breakfast, etc.). I’ve never been unsatisfied with the sandwiches I get here, and their system is actually pretty unique. You take the apt bag for the type of sandwich you want and check off the ingredients you like. Give it, pay for it, and get it within 5 min(obviously longer if busier). DEFINITELY cheaper than Subway, so honestly the best option in my opinion.

It only took me the move to LA from SD to finally try this, why did I ever wait so longggg?! This place is amazing if you are a sandwich lover! I got the wicked which had 5 different meats and up to 3 choices of cheese! It’s cool cause you pick a brown paper bag with the name of the sandwich you want and then you can mark the toppings, cheese, etc. on it. There are 3 sizes of sandwiches to choose from and I chose the small one and it was filling man! I mean all the stuff packed in the sandwich was pretty glorious I must say. This a cool lunch spot to grab some sammiches whether to dine in or to-go.
